That sucks. We have to take all that apart just to get to the rear differential because mine stripped out. And all my screws are stripped out, so it makes it even harder. I’m just gonna buy another one and exchange it.

You took more apart than you needed to. It's the pinion gear screw that backs out and make issues.

Part of the hobby, you can order upgrades steel diff, pinion etc for it.
