Failing to mention what tools are used, you should explain what size wrenches are required for those that don't have a lot of tools and want to buy them ahead of time before the bike arrived

I can attest they have top tier customer service. Just received my f3x yesterday. Technician calling today about something with the rear wheel i want to check on. They already know about the kickstand rattle and were proactive and made a ticket for a new or diff kickstand that doesnt rattle before the bike arrived. Additionally sending decals as i preferred the all black theme of the ghostcat on the front fork veruss the orange volcano suspension decals. Theyve been on communication since day one and before ordering which is main reason i did order. Kevin, nadine, hillary have all been top tier. Ive been in customer service over 12 years. Ive seen it all as well lol. Theyre amazing. I had some slight issues when the bike arrived like brakes and shimano gears on the handle bar not being tight enough i guess which caused them to move during shipping. They were not aligned at all. But those are minor as you adjust them anyways. No missing parts but intiially thought i was but found them. Just got loose in box bc fedex is hard on packages like these. No damage to the bike really. Plastic tube on one of thenlines was slightly cracked bc ziptie broke loose but they include extra zipties i believe. I may get the tech to send more with the kickstand if possible. Then the rear wheel issue is minor i believe. Slight scraping when going from a stop but doesnt continue when riding. Lastly fender(s) that are supposedly larger and medium sized are still in the works and said they would send those out to f3x owners when theyre ready from the factory as owner or person in charge of the bikes didnt like the initial ones that came in.
They stand out compared to Power Goat in terms of customer service. It took Goat Power bikes like a week or two to even respond to my inquiry about their bike. Inquiries i should say as i tried sending more days later after no response. They finally did but at thet time i had already placed order for ghostcat. Suspension and look for this price are unbeatable. No bike looks as aggressive imo for this style and price . Eventually probably going to get a eride pro ss or talaria.
@@sooperfyI didn't know any of this. My F3X came today but no one's contacted me about anything. It's been raining all day so I haven't got to ride it but I do hear scrapping from the back wheel while lifting it in my living room. I kept adjusting the caliper thinking that was the problem but its still there. Again, I haven't taken it out so I have no riding experience yet. I also haven't been on FB in years and I don't want to but it's probably where I'll get the most help? 🤷♂️...I also agree about the orange covers on the shock. I would prefer the Ghostcat ones but I didnt think that was an option. I also didn't contact them. I just bought it

I just got my F3X an hour ago. I clicked on the link in their email for putting it together. I wasnt expecting it to be a channel I'm already subbed to and a video I've already watched lol. Whatever works I guess

Just got the f3, pretty rad bike. Would i be able to update the controller to make it faster tho ?
congtats! You would realistically need a higher voltage system to get a faster top speed. Not sure if the current controller and other parts could handle 60 or 72 volts. Also not sure about what the motor could handle.
If anyone is wondering the size for the torx for the display and the attached gear shifter is a T15 and its **not** included with the Ghostcat.

Thanks, ordered my bike last week, I also ordered the 4" extender. my question is? if you remove the spacers to fit, how much actually did it rise? 2" 3"? Just curious, I saw another vid where someone had all the spacers on.

My F3X front tire does not attach the same way. I think its a threw axle? I put it on the only way that makes sense but my rotor is rubbing. The rotor was the only thing not wrapped and was pushed against the inside of the box. I'm afraid it might be warped? I'm not sure what to do cuz Im not riding it with it scrapping like this. I knew this wouldnt be smooth with no directions 😢

Hey I am waiting for a goat V3 and you said you may change to a fatdriver. Will that make it do what? Go faster or what and how much are they?
he prolly said fardriver they are a brand of controller for the ebike and coyuld boost performance based on what your controller and battery are outputing, if the battery can produce more amps than your contorller you can match the amps from controller to battery or have a controller better than your battery to maximize power

I don't think this statement is accurate. Feel free to post the link to the original here. As far as I'm aware no other bikes with this frame have this motor and controller.
