I've seen those in Fred Meyer, and QFC but in a cardboard box in a pack of 4 bulbs.

I bought some of those 1/2 watt LED bulbs from GE but was disappointed. They are labels “warm white” but don’t list a color temp. They are far bluer than these little 4w incandescent bulbs. I actually colored one with an orange sharpie and found you could get the color somewhat close to the real thing after some work to get the coat somewhat even.
