After a decade with daily teaching from Alan Watts, Ram Dass and Terrence McKenna I never thought I would find another teacher that I can relate to as well as those three, but I am so incredibly grateful to have discovered what Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi is teaching! Thanks to everyone involved in bringing these teachings to RUclips where all can benefit. I was going to say that! If you have to have the advertisement, put it all the way to the end, NOT to the beginning, and certainly not in the middle! If someone is interested, he will watch it - if someone is not interested, he should NOT be bothered by it!
Sometimes in life you need a reminder of good teachings.
Some times even at older ages you can lose your own power and energy.

Wow, that is great advice and I get it. The wise ones in most ancient cultures said something very similar. : like “it is much more noble for the violent man to restrain himself than for the meek person person that claims to understand peace, for one cannot truly understand the meaning of peace without first having capability to commit great violence” there are similar quotes in the bible as well the biblical versions are found in proverbs 16:32 and 19:11. The demon heart is not for me as christian: it is not promoting love. Love is Mercy, humility, forgiveness and sacrifice
You misunderstood.....Buddha heart...demon hand.....I am Christian and have both of what he is describing....it's ok to have both.
I know the Bible says "Do not kill" but the Bible also says, "There is a time and place for everything under the sun."
You must feel the decision to fight to the death or rest in peace. That has to come from your heart. No one but Spirit can tell you what to do because everything is case by case. It is your spiritual journey and your decision.
The truth is, someone has to do the dirty work. If not me, then who?

(I also made a decision a few thousand years ago never to fight again but I am slowly understanding the need to change my mind. It really depends on what we are fighting for. Some things are worth becoming a "Demon" over. Some things are worth being extremely angry about. It is how we project that anger that matters. Sometimes we must be more evil than the evil that destroys us.)
Here is the call to rise above. It is the call to fly and if anger gives you that power, have that in your arsenal.
