I feel so disconnected form the world and people. Been single for 12 years, don't get to see my daughter, don't feel close to family. Im constantly told who to be, how to act. Im an over thinker and always have been, i see how corrupt an dark the world is. These days im in the gym training most of the day in between work, eat sleep. All i feel i want now is to help people get stronger, healthier and reach their potential. I've no time for a material life anymore and i want to travel. I needed this video.💯❤️🙏🇬🇧
I feel much of what you have written. Days and nights of overthinking, the knowledge that there is no genuine connection, to neither family nor friends. Just nobody there and meanwhile trying to heal childhood trauma. There is just no energy anymore

Didn't realize there were those doing as I am doing. Sometimes it is necessary to step away from those we have loved and accommodated, in order to do and be what we know we are called to.

Perfect timing. My sister is the only person who texted me on Christmas, which I no longer celebrate. I used to have multiple phone calls a week. My phone rings once weekly when my son calls. I am immersed in my passions, and finally building my legacy at 45. I have been scattered in my thinking, and I needed this reminder of how to stay on path.
It's a sign of the times. The importance of a strong family was put asside during Covid. I've never seen anything, not even war, do more to tear families apart. These people who have done this are evil, they are of a "divide and conquer" mentality.
You must learn to be self-sufficent. Read Self-Reliance by Emmerson.

I realised over Christmas that I've lost connection with myself since my fiance died in 2020. I've tried to find happiness and connection with my long-term friends, but they're disconnected from the source, and only see physical reality.
I'm ready to go inside, find the me that is me and no longer seek what I need from people who constantly disappoint with their lack of depth.
I want to be a warrior and not a worrier, and find my damn tribe. I can't be the only person on the planet that seeks deeper meaning and connection.

Mr solo dolo checking in its been a lonely path since i disconnected from the pack and not one day has gone by where I've experienced a single drop of regret.
My motto for life is we must strive to become part of solution and not the problem.
I've built an infinite amount of mental and physical strength by choosing to walk this life alone. Daily routine includes meditation, martial arts training and strength training / running.
I am also learning new languages for personal development and therefore giving myself the ability to connect with like-minded people from around the world. ✌️

Fortunately I blocked out all people who try attaching themselves to me who constantly say "we need to be doing that" and never DO IT. Those people are energy vampires and losers.

I served my government, I bowed down before my parents, I did almost everything that I was told to do. Yes, I was rebellious, at times I was Luciferian. I went against the grain. I held my middle finger up high. More than once, I told people to "fuck off"... more than I should have. I held a spirit of sovereignty. I said, "My life is worth something, regardless of your opinion". So many people have tried to guide me down a path that was theirs, and not mine. My life has so often felt as if it was not my own. God has given me the strength to fight through harsh winters and cold friends, and much to their chagrin, I am still surviving. My iron Will allows me to awaken and carry on God's love through my indomitable spirit, whether they like it or not. Shi Heng Yi is not my master. He is my spirit animal. Inspiration is so valuable.

Becoming self sufficient was what I was forced to learn after 2 vaccines. My injuries debilitated me and government along with medical censorship forced me to pull myself out of it alone. I left America, I modified my practice and became content with my predicaments.
Attachment is the root of all suffering. What We Think, We Become - Buddha. Practicing meditation has changed my life incredibly. I don't have to dwell on things anymore. I have my life back! Thanks to Gurus like you sir. Thank you! Never give up!

My spiritual journey started from watching his ted talk... I started from acceptance. The asian culture has a big influence on me. I watched movies about shaolin monastery and culture I learnt about budhism, It teaches great human values such as forgiveness patience acceptance compassion. I want to become friends with Mr Shi Heng Li. He is a great mind and a great soul. He is kind wise and powerful which is what we all should strive for.
