Hi Benny, ear training exercises can help for that. Also having a voice instructor who can help tell you when you are going off key, can help! Although, from my experience using correct vocal technique can really help a person sing on key. That is what I've found with many of my private voice students. Hope that helps.

I noticed I either sing high or low how do I find my own voice that sounds good with my voice

Hi Judah. Usually it comes down to finding the correct key in which to sing a given song so that it isn't too high or too low. Often times for worship music artists will record the songs in rather high keys. So, for most of us guys that means that we either have to sing extremely high to match them or we must drop the octave and sing much lower (is this perhaps what you're talking about with your question?). In this case, I'd recommend singing the song in a lower key so that you can sing comfortably... neither too high or too low. Lowering the key between 3 to 5 half steps will usually do the job.
