    Personally, my opinion of the Neutral Evil character is that they are the quintessential pragmatist, contrasting with Chaotic Evil being the darkly impulsive hedonist and Lawful Evil being the by-the-book tyrant. If Chaotic Evil has no rules or rules they commonly ignore in fits of rage and Lawful Evil strictly follows external rules or a persona code to hep them get what they want, I envision Neutral Evil as having a personal code that is broad and easily bent to interpret it towards their own ends. Just being Chaotic or Evil on its own doesn't necessarily mean someone is without rules or a basic code of conduct, that just changes how a character structures and enforces it.

      I consider True Nuetral the most dangerous alignment. They do the things good people can't or won't do. They are not bound to ideals or morals but rather they just do what needs to be done. These are the types of heroes villains are afraid of because they have no moral weaknesses to exploit and will sacrifice just about anything to get the job done. While they keep their loyalty's few they can be fiercely loyal allies. They are unlikely to abandon their allies unless there is no way out and they know if they don't turn back they will die. They will self-sacrifice.

    I think I would classify her as Chaotic Neutral in that her goal is to be free from the restraints of the society that exist during dragon age origins. Her main goal is to remain free from the circle and because of this she has a great deal of distrust for other people and a hatred for templars and the chantry. Her solution to this dilemma is to hide out in the wilderness and refrain from contact with people who might turn her over to the circle

    • @Avenus112
      @Avenus112 2 года назад

      Yes shes not malicious, she doesnt intend to harm others, she just regards them, as individuals, to be responsible for preventing harm from happening to themselves. I also disagree that she's evil, I figured she was true neutral.
      Even in the end she secures a plan to save the world, and the protagonist, and civilization- but asks a price for it because she wants to run an experiment. She runs that experiment and follows through with her agreement- and then just plain leaves the world to take care of itself.
      That strikes me as true neutral.

    I've heard neutral evil as being interpreted as sort of being like that of a predator or like that of a lion that kills and eats a gazelle.Neutrally evil individuals as opposed to Chaotically evil individuals don't really do what there doing simply for the sake of simply being malicious or for trying to create as much destruction or chaos as possible but they mainly do what they do because of the fact that they have a specific goal, agenda or necessity which is not really connected with simply trying to maliciously create as much destruction,pain and suffering that the shear extent of there power would allow.

    honestly, what about true neutral? Just saying its been a while since even the messages I have seen about your computer/moving. Soooo just curious on the discussion.
    However I do think you met the message of your series. Giving an example mindset that is not only more thought out and caring about character creation / more utilizing the possibilities and promoting not creating half baked lazy characters. But also giving more freedom to the player through examples and reasoning to use, so that their character is more story driven then mechanical.
    I say this cause my friend trying to get me into dnd (just finished the character sheet so far, before i binge watched this series when I found it) he explained the chaotic-lawful/good-evil so lazily that the neutral parts sounded not boring per say, but lazy or just... Both things smashed together. and with him giving examples of actions in game, sounding more mechanical and making you constantly think of your specific actions not matching since it was so narrow and suffer a DM penalty for alignment changes. This will permit not only thought out characters, but freedom. also something Ill point out to him not only for the mindset, but also in the darn handbook he gave me. that not all actions have to match alignment (which when he introduced alignment he prohibited chaotic evil, because it meant "if you dont refuse help and slaughter everyone. you failed your alignment and are in the more generic brand chaotic neutral).
    anyway I loved the series, and even though I get the teaching of a mindset interpretation, I am interested in the examples you will give out.

    it could be argued Morgan shifts towards true neutral when romanced especially if you take the fallow branch of the witch hunt DLC as she's shown to be a bit less selfish that said one could also argue she does so for completely selfish reasons the loyalty of a powerful and influential mate and the safety of her old God son

    • @whokilledmydoggie
      @whokilledmydoggie 7 лет назад +3

      The problem is that Morrigan is capable of love, which is what complicates the whole thing. Dragon Age was meant to be a shades of grey-type of game though which is why pinning down her alignment is not supposed to be so simple. In an unused dialogue, for example, she's supposed to become emotional when she realizes that the grey warden has decided to shoulder the burden of killing the archdemon him/herself (regardless of romance, as long as your friendship with her is high enough).
      The best you could say is that she has a tendency for being Neutral Evil. That's really the best you can do with complicated characters like her.

    • @James-ep2bx
      @James-ep2bx 7 лет назад +2

      True enough which is one of the major problems with the alignment system, or our perception of it, to begin with. That said the point of the video was to categorize people based on an objective criteria as opposed to a subjective one in this case evil= selfishness so by that standard her being less selfish would make her less evil

    I disagree with that Morrigan is Neutral Evil, she lacks sense of pragmatism of neutral evil and values idea of independence and impulsive cruelty over things that would be beneficiary.She argued that you should kill mages in tower just on basis that they couldn't or wouldn't obtain freedom on their own, instead just using them as a tool to achive own goals like neutral evil would.She, also approves of pointless murder at expense of reward.
    She is chaotic evil in my eyes, with possible shift to chaotic neutral later in the series. Her emphasis on independence and freedom put her in chaotic territory as it isn't balanced by any kind of lawful behavior, while her cruelty and selfishness in evil.

    I've always described it as such: Lawful Evil uses tradition and law to justify evil actions, Chaotic Evil use any methods necessary to satisfy their own base desires (whether it be hunger, libido, bloodlust, etc.), but a Neutral Evil person will use either one (whatever is convenient at the time) to cause the most evil. The Neutral Evil person could randomly kill civilians to terrorize a town, or frame a good leader for a crime to allow a tyrant to take over that town who will make its citizens miserable, whichever one will cause the most harm (maybe both).
    From this aspect I can see why you used Kefka as an example, since he doesn't destroy the world immediately upon gaining power, he instead asks for tribute and worship in order to push the remaining people to the absolute depths of despair, just to mess with them. He could kill them at any time (and would to satisfy his urges if he were truly Chaotic), but instead leaves various towns alone so they can watch the world deteriorate. He doesn't care about ruling over them like Emperor Gestahl, he just wants to see them suffer. I'm not sure Morrigan belongs here, though that may be because of circumstances. She is extremely selfish, but helps good people because her own survival depends on it, and does not ally with bad people because of the same. Before she met the Warden she wasn't terrorizing the surrounding countryside, she more or less dealt with people like any extremely sheltered normal human would. Thus, I would say she is more True Neutral, although a very cynical one. Of course, her familial feelings about Flemeth (although less so after seeing the Grimoire), being romanceable and possibly having a son softens her edges quite a bit.

  • @Ilikecatsismychannelname
    @Ilikecatsismychannelname 4 года назад +1

    ...Yep. That's Kefka all right. Most successful villain Square has ever created. Some of his goals were actually completed before the heroes take him out. The world is in ruins. Countless innocents are dead. There are no organized governments left intact. The espers are all dead. ...Shit's fucked... His only failure was causing everything to cease to exist. Including himself. Every other villain in the Final Fantasy series never even got that far. Aside from maybe Kuja since his initial goal was fairly simple: kill his creator. This he succeeded in. And then he went nuts because Garland. And had to be stopped before he pulled a Kefka. ...Ye gods, IX really was an homage to all of the earlier games...
    If you can't tell, I'm a fan of the Final Fantasy series though I've not really enjoyed a game in the series since X. Maybe I'm being too picky? I dunno. I just haven't had fun with any of the newer games. No point in playing a game if it isn't fun. I don't care how pretty it's graphics are or how kickass the soundtrack is. If the game isn't fun then it's not worth my time.

    As far as I am concerned:
    Morrigan is someone Chaotic Neutral desperately playing at and pretending to be Neutral Evil (albeit not in those terms) even to herself, but when we meet her again in Dragon Age Inquisition, it's quite clear her efforts to convince herself have failed. Two much better examples of Neutral Evil in the Dragon Age setting would be Eramond, and Samson (Post Face-Heel turn).
    As for Kefka, his combination of Nihilism and utter Caprice clearly place him as Chaotic Evil. Two much better examples of Neutral Evil in Final Fantasy III/VI would be Emperor Geshtal (who refrained from casual destruction only because it would have meant less land and fewer subjects to rule), and Pre Heel-Face turn Shadow, who in Part One had to be bribed with money in order to join the party of four even when he was lounging on Setzer's airship.

    Question. I have a neutral evil king who will do the most cruel shit to anyone who dares harm his people. He does this mostly for selfish reasons. I was wondering if another person was attempting to convince the king to do more lawful acts like allow a person to stand and draw his weapon before slaying them would that cause his alignment to change to lawful evil? The person in question is of the lawful neutral mentality and is willing to work with anyone to achieve peace often using tyrannical methods to achieve her goals.

    This video was published last year, but a lot of the stuff you bring up on Morrigan is debunked by her role in Dragon Age Inquisition. She does have her own goals and morals. She wants to preserve the magic creatures of Thedas while the rest of the world wants to see them persecuted or driven to extinction. Plus, if you have a child with her in Origins, we see that she overcame her cynicism and learned compassion / love for others.

  • @chadpicard

    First off, love how you're explaining the alignment system!
    Second, I'd like you opinion on a character concept I'm working on.
    This character is coming in at 18th level (previous character got soul trapped =/)
    Anyway, so I'm having some trouble fleshing him out, but I do have an outline:
    He's an anima mage (binder/wizard) Sun Elf (the campaign is in Faerun)
    He was born with unusual (for sun elves) black hair. This was taken as a sign that he was cursed. This opinion is correct. Specifically, he's cursed with an addiction to causing pain, anguish, and/or misery. While at first he probably fought against the addiction, that was decades ago. Now, he's a confirmed sadist. However, he tries to target only beings deserving a horrible fate. For example, murderers, rapists, slavers, infomercial directors and soap opera actors, etc. If he can't find any "suitable" targets, he will eventually turn on "lesser" deviants (say, muggers and peeping toms, or small time con men.)
    He indulges in this hobby mostly in his down time. His MO is to keep an ear out for unsolved crimes, and then use his magic to solve them, find the perp(s), and torture to death/turn them into heads in jars via binding spell/mindrape or turn them into something useful to him like a living zombie. If he can't establish adequate contacts, he'll resort to scrying crime-ridden parts of town, then "scry and die" criminals he catches in the act. Being a high level wizard, he can do this in any city or town on the planet. He makes a point of picking targets he believes he will crush easily, preferably in areas with inadequate law enforcement, and takes as many precautions as he can to avoid bringing the authorities down on himself (not being consistent in terms of target areas and exact methods, disguises/invisibility, mind blank, etc.)
    In addition, he has as his familiar an evil subtype outsider. Specifically an Asura (pathfinder fiend, almost all of whom wish to unmake existence. Normally Lawful Evil) However, contact with him has somewhat "redeemed" this individual. Specifically, his use of vestiges (his binder abilities.) Simply put: she became afraid that her race's success would turn them all into such beings, and that such would be a fate to avoid at all costs. She's since devoted herself to acquiring knowledge for its own sake. Her tentative alignment is lawful neutral. She and my character are quite devoted to eachother. They are also both hunted by the rest of her race.
    Other than his sadism, he shares his familiar's desire to learn about and experience the world, or worlds even. He worships Azuth (LN patron god of wizards and applied magic) She worships Oghma (TN god of Knowledge.)
    This brings up another topic I'd like to hear your take on: Alignment subtype creatures. Do the same descriptions you've used for characters apply to them? Or are they different because their very beings are partly composed of their alignment?
    Anyway, If you've read this far, thanks for your time!

    • @GuildmasterDan
      @GuildmasterDan  9 лет назад

      Chad Picard First, thank you for YOUR time! Second, I'm a little unsure as to what you'd like my opinion on with your new character. Were you hoping for my read on his alignment, or just a general opinion? He seems pretty thought out. It occurs to me that he is either the type of man who hates himself for his sadism, possibly growing furious after indulging in his addiction because of how much he needs it, or possibly in fervent denial about his own evil nature because he tries to hurt "the real bad people".
      As for the subtypes, I wouldn't say that the definition for alignment would be different for them. After all, intelligent creatures, have beliefs and motivations. If a demon, a creature evil by nature, is driven to harm others, and knows he or she cannot stop themselves from being violent chooses to instead harm themselves instead of others. That demon is acting selflessly. It may be tempted by evil, but it consciously chooses to do good--insane, sure, but good.

      Thanks for a quick reply! As for specifics on what I'm interested in. Now that I've had a night's sleep to consider it:
      Yes, I'm wondering what your read on his alignment is. (I also like your idea that he could be in denial.) Also, I'd like advice on his familiar, the dynamics that could exist between them, and how to roleplay them. She is, after all, a "risen" fiend. As I mentioned, the Asura are a race of nihilists. She's a member of their lowest caste. (not sure if you're familiar with them, they're in the pathfinder srd.)
      Anyway, so all Asura have a habit of trying to improve their understanding of the cosmos. Granted, they do this to better enable themselves to destroy it in revenge for being the Gods' misbegotten spawn. Members of her caste usually don't live very long, because they either end up dead by attrition, or recycled into "higher" asura. They are normally naturally loyal to the higher asura that created them.
      I'm not sure how to explain their meeting and bonding, but it's results have been significant. First, she's lived longer than most of her kind. Giving her time to develop as an individual. Or, possibly for the essence of whatever creature was used to create her (the higher asura make her caste by eating and siphoning some of the essence of other sentient creatures) to assert itself somewhat.
      As I said, she's horrified by the possibility that her race could succeed in their goals... only to turn themselves into vestiges that would then be exploited by people in yet another universe. In particular, anima mages derive much of their power by deceiving these entities, and have access to spells that cause them pain to better force compliance. My character isn't above using those spells (though he derives little if any pleasure from doing so. It's a purely pragmatic matter for him.) In any case, while the rest of her race (minus the rare fellow renegade) would disagree, she somewhat feels that her loyalty to her race is intact. She would, given the ability, stop them from inflicting the worst fate she can imagine on themselves.
      So, one that's of three parts of her motivation. The other two are her asura-born thirst for knowledge, and her devotion to my character. The wizard-familiar bond is after all, a highly intimate one. Also, they've definately saved eachother's lives before. Lastly, she remains in her alternate form: a female gnome, unless she has some damned go reason to do otherwise (maybe to benefit from her natural form's smaller size to slip through bars or something.) At this point, she considers her gnome form to be her "true" form.
      So, that's some more of my rambling. I guess I'm turning to the RUclips gaming sages (so far, You, Onionkid99, DawnforgedCast, and Woodwward) for help in making a chaacter being brought in at ridiculously high level something more than a perfected killbot. Thanks again! :D

      One more thing: When I said he tries to pick targets he'd crush easily... I have this image of some other gaming group playing through a low-ish level module. Having spent weeks or more to reach the vilian of the piece.... only for this random wizard to teleport in, say to them "I've got this, chaps!" then horrifically kill the guy. Leaving the players to say 'wtf?!' to their DM.
      Or, alternately: Having spent weeks to trace the source of some horrible crime wave/find the cult's HQ to stop the virgin sacrifice or whatever, find the enemy HQ populated only by corpses... horrifically mutilated corpses. Divinations into the "why" of this only state that they were killed horrifically and their souls destroyed in a torturous manner. No magic they can access can help identify the culprit.
      (Oh, except any innocent captives held by the foe mention their captors falling dead screaming, then themselves being released by a cloaked figure.)

      Chad Picard Ok, a lot to respond to, but I'll try to remember it all. First, thanks
      again. I find it a compliment to be listed with those other youtubers. Alright, onto the crunchy stuff!
      Alignment: I find it appropriate that you asked it to this video because I would say your character is Neutral Evil. He acts out of fundamental selfishness. He is addicted to the pleasure he feels by causing harm to others. He is aware of this, even if he won't admit it, yet chooses to indulge in this behavior. He feeds his denial, and tries to justify his pain-lust by causing this harm to people that society would say deserve it. He may even believe they do deserve it. The difference to remember is that while a good character may kill an evil one, they regret having to do so because it is inflicting harm on others fundamentally. Your character relishes in it. It's just who he is, which he can't accept, and why he's in denial.
      As for the belief side of the alignment, I don't really see many principles. Certainly, he would seem to believe in the notion of justice, but since he's in denial he believes that he's exempt from it, or at least willingly ignores his place in it. Even if he believed/wished that at some point someone could free him from his lusts by ending him, he still chooses to not hold himself accountable to the same standards he holds others too. Because of this ambiguity, I see him as Neutral, but could also see the argument for him to be Lawful.
      On the flip side of this, his familiar is pretty clearly Lawful Neutral. She may have a personal motivation, but is bound by her principles. She will uphold her duty over her motivations. She may be resistant to said duty on a racial level because of her personal, existential crisis, but would seem to maintain in in regards to her master.
      (For bight-sized reading sake, I'll answer the relationship question to your other comment.)

      Chad Picard Sadist Elf/Asura Familiar Continued
      Relationship: So we have one character who finds pleasure in pain, and justifies his personal demons by inflicting their wrath on those who would seemingly deserve it. Loyally serving him is essentially a demon of destruction who is dedicated to her purpose even if horrified by its implications. Though my knee-jerk reaction is to say they be romantically involved, I don't think that would actually move beyond just a consistent tension between the two. The master knows he has subjugated a demon. He may have grown to trust her, and have a complementary ideology, but he knows that demons are fundamentally evil. What maintains his delusions is the notion that he delivers righteous torture/death to those who deserve it, and who is more deserving than a creature literally created to do evil? Until he was able to accept his personal demons he could never allow himself to "stoop to that level".
      On the flipside, the asura may feel a romantic attraction to her master's powers and how he chooses to use them. Yet, she seems the sort who's submissive enough in her role to never seek out her desires even if she realizes them, and may even resist them because to indulge in them may affect her ability to carry out her duty.
      So you potentially have this Dresden-Molly-like relationship where the master and (in this case) servant are equally attracted to one another, but can't have it. While with Dresden he can't see his student as a woman, here you have both reserving themselves because of their beliefs/delusions.
      How I see their relationship working is that they make a great team. They rely on and trust one another, feeling that each has earned it. They have an unspoken, romantic tension that they do their best to ignore. The asura may have grandiose dreams for her master, possibly believing he is a man someday capable of breaking the self-defeating cycle she sees her people in, thus is worthy of her devotion. Your character likely sees her as as an extremely valuable servant, and confidant. I see them rarely out of each others presence, because being together comes naturally. Fortunately, they're the sorts to focus most of their attention towards the task at hand so they don't have to think about their personal demons, or the implications of their proximity. Others may even perceive them in a relationship; though, they would deny it.

    Would this be chaotic neutral or neutral evil. A black dragonborn who has ptsd from witnessing his clan being slaughtered by red dragonborn. His tendencies are straight from his clan's which are ritualistic cannibalism which he believes gives him his opponent's strength and mostly "rip and tear" combat, ripping off a monster's horn to stab it in the throat for example. He wishes to make all red dragons and red dragons extinct,or at least kill as many as he can in order to avenge his clan.

    • @Zeyox96
      @Zeyox96 8 лет назад

      I need to think about this one... Especially as... The information is a tad lacking. Ask yourself the following questions.
      -Does he want to get revenge for himself, or is he getting revenge for his fallen clan? What are his exact motivations to get revenge?
      -Is he willing to harm and kill others to achieve his goal?
      -Is he willing to pass up on a chance to get closer to achieving this goal for a selfless act of some kind? Or cause harm to himself in some other way to perform a selfless act? Aka, does he have a soft spot?

    • @daveyoung3404
      @daveyoung3404 8 лет назад

      To answer your questions, he wants to get revenge for his clan. He believes that for each red dragonborn he kills another of his dead clan mates gets put to rest. Yes, he is willing to kill or harm others to achieve these goals. The third question would have to depend on the circumstance if the situation was kill a red or save a party member he would probably save the party member,but beat himself over the red that got away. If you replace the party member with almost any one else with the exceptions of black dragonborn,women and children he would kill the red with nary a second thought.

    • @Zeyox96
      @Zeyox96 8 лет назад

      Hmmm. And why would he choose to save a party member, black dragonborn, woman or child as opposed to killing the red dragon? I'm just trying to gain an understanding of your character, hence the questions.

    • @daveyoung3404
      @daveyoung3404 8 лет назад

      he would save the party member because he would view them as a new clan. He would save the black dragonborn because he saw his clan's slaughter,and he can't stand to see another black dragonborn die . If one were to die he would be deeply saddened,and would suffer from even worse nightmares than usual. Finally,he would save the woman or child due to his clan's practices. Even if you asked him why he would he would just say that it was tradition, and he doesn't know the true reason why. He just does it to preserve another tradition of his dead clan. sorry for the giant paragraph.

    • @Zeyox96
      @Zeyox96 8 лет назад

      Don't worry about the giant paragraph. The more info, the easier it is to form an opinion and get an idea. Now, lastly, why does he want to put the members of his dead clan to rest? Does he feel like it's his duty?

    Hmmm.... Okay, still absolutely love this content... Yet... having watched several of this series from you, I can't help a suggestion coming up. I've thought about it kind of often since I started watching... honestly, and I think I've refined it to a fairly poignant structure.
    We (The entire RPG community) have been holding the whole "alignment debate" and related arguments ENTIRELY WRONG. Don't get me wrong about this, what you've presented here is absolutely correct in it's core meanings and descriptions... BUT, I think we should re-tweak this whole debate away from this format... essentially, we describe the alignment, then pick our characters and contextual examples, explain how this alignment fits those particular examples, and finish with an assessment of how that alignment works, from its utterly simplest form to the outer stretches of its freedom...
    INSTEAD, maybe we should describe the alignment(s) in question, and then pick a couple examples (characters and context) and then try to explain the motivations of those characters as the alignments we picked would have motivated them... essentially explain how a Player would respond when the GM asked, "But you're a Lawful Evil... why the hell would you do that?" and cut through this argumentative ambiguity of alignment to show the noob-players and GM's alike, that alignment isn't just a couple letters to be routinely dismissed as "an obsolete guide from antiquity". It's a nice guide for new players, or for a player stretching his or her boundaries to a new character/type, as well as a relative freedom SO LONG AS YOU CAN EXPLAIN IT properly...
    So instead of "this guy is this alignment for this kind of motivation and this many principles, and that gal is this same alignment for this motive and the ambiguity of her principles..." blah-blah-blah...
    We can say, "A neutral evil explanation for this scene would be... blah-blah-blah, BUT the Chaotic Good explanation for the same scene might also be... blah-blah-blah... And you could still argue for Lawful Evil because ... blah-blah-blah..."
    Then it can cut to the nuts and bolts of WHY alignment gets to be so ambiguous depending on a particular GM's stylings and fiats.
    In any case, it's something to think about... :o)

    I don't think that V is chaotic good. What we read, is about a man how kills for revenge (and some of his deaths are just horrible, I don't speak that he kills them thowing knives, he enjoys killing slowly and with painful), torture Eve (to implement his ideals) and gives a shit to everything, doesn't matter if it's good or bad.
    I don't know a lot about this type of Chaotic Good, but I'm more inclined to put him at chaotic neutral aligment. Theyre some things that you truly think that this men has a mental problem and some of his "manners" let you thinking if V is truly a good guy.

    I personally disagree with Kefka as a Neutral Evil character, any code of honor, ethics, or restraint on his part is because he knows not to go hog wild with murder and destruction. Should he have done so he would not have become the God of Magic as he did at the end of Final Fantasy 6, Gestal wouldn't have kept him around if he didn't think he had Kefka figured out. Once Kefka had the Warring Triad and Gestal pinned with the unbridled magics from the Warring Triad that's when he knows he can go crazy and do as he pleases. Kefka is insane, not stupid.

    So, just saw the alignments videos and got doubts about some characters.
    In the League Of Legends we got Kha'zix one of those "gonna eat everything and evolve" alien and that's, from what I understand, Neutral Evil since he's just about himself and his own goal of prey on everything he can.
    But then there's Rengar, his rival, that's a hunter who will kill just about anything or anyone he deems to be a worthy prey for the sake of proving he is the top hunter.
    Supposing Rengar is not particularly hostile towards others (or that he even cares about others), but will hunt down any who he considers challenging enough, no matter who, does that also make him Evil Neutral?
    Another doubt is about Zeratul from Starcraft (Blizzard); he is always talking about honor and his duty, but his means make he seem like a traitor to his people, since he often allies with those he is supposed to be fighting with.
    In other words his duty says he must do something in a certain way, but he does it his own way even though he clearly upholds his ideals and greater good above himself. What alignment would he fit in?
    I might not be accurate in the characters descriptions, my main question is about the alignment.

    Sorry but I have to respectfully disagree with your choice of Kefka. I think that it is a highly debatable choice anyways and an argument could be made for both choices but chaotic evil only aspires to destruction: ruler of ashes. Whereas a neutral evil player aspires to dominate all life. It’s the difference between a crime of passion and premeditated murder. A chaotic player does something evil on a whim because he wants to, he may even wish to destroy the whole world, it doesn’t matter when he does it, but he will at some point. A neutral evil player plots to conquer and enslave and will work within the law when it suits them and outside of it when necessary (neutral between law and chaos).
