@@stevenlee_1 You're most welcome!! Thanks for the Drum Solos! I was going to add them but, I'll be honest I didn't want to make my comment longer than it already was! 😄
Fantastic. The Combined Cavalry Memorial Parade. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Venerable old Cavalry Regiments commemorating fallen comrades. Perfect weather again.
The dignity and respect of all those old soldiers, AWSOME. As erect in bearing as when their NCO's were putting them through their paces years before. Britain, be proud
Thanks for recording and posting this great video & music. It's nice to see the Canadian flag flying at 56:50. Pro Patria! Regards from London, Ontario, CANADA
The music is so beautiful that I personally want to add it to the list, but I want to know all the names of the songs. The British military band seems to be dealing with the most beautiful music
I am ex Military Australia and I admire the British traditions. There is nothing better than the British Bands. Great listening. Australian bands are crap compared.
I would have loved to go & see this but how do you find out in advance when this is happening. Does it get repeated at any time or is it only once a year?
Cavalry Sunday, Graspan Parade and Coldstream Guards Remembrance Day all happen once a year. If you check out the Household Division website you can find out what events are happening through the year. Usually events are posted well in advance. Hope you get to see some of them in person.
@@MrBaton74 Thank you so much. I am disabled & elderly & my daughter wants to bring me to one of these parades. It is impossible for me to go to the changing of the guard as there are so many people & I am wheelchair bound. Any ideas?
@@Rumbletummy117 you could try changing the guard at Windsor castle, three’s much less people around, especially outside of tourist season. let’s always worth giving the castle a ring to see if they can help
No, not a grenadier. That is the full dress of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. No infantry on parade here. All here are present or past cavalry (today that means tanks or armoured reconnaissance).
Good grief, they all march so very limply, like they've had a long day at work and can't wait to collapse in the sofa in front of the TV. Was it really hot or something? They're practically shuffling...

They made a brilliant job of the Royal Marine marches
The British military bands are THE best, hands down!
Yep.
Agreed! Regards from across the North Sea. And Arnhem is one of my favourites.

Great to see Prince Edward, Duke of Kent taking the salute at the Veterans' March Past
2nd. from left in front rownis actually swaggering!
The Marines’ Band versus the Coldstream Guards’ Band, interesting to see :P
Wow that guardsman at that closeup when those two veterans with the bowlers are shaking hands, so young he literally looks in early teens

Look at th pinned reply in the comment section, lists all the pieces with time stamps.
Anyone know why the woman is tagged on the end of the marine band? Who is she?
I feel bad for the middle trombone player for the life guards, his right knee doesn't seem to bend very well. Must be killing him.

What's the one brass instrument that should NEVER be out of tune?
The TROMBONE.. AND YET.......
