    +Story Killers About 40 min from the airport via metro. In fact, you can hit this jjimjilbang at Seoul Station, which is the first main stop in Seoul.

    the sleeping part looks nice if it was hot inside there ! i don't know how i feel about naked pools tho !

      NomadGirlco - Jasmine The sleeping is certainly cozy, Jasmine. The naked part is a barrier for many travelers, but you could foreseeably skip the bathing altogether and just try everything else.

    Next time I go to Korea my first night will be in a Jimjilbang. I don’t think I’ve ever had as good a sleep in my life. Especially being jet lagged, go to the Jimjilbang and get a wash then just chill. Means you’re right bang in the city centre when you wake up as well!

    Fantastic video!! I am looking for a cheap place to sleep in Korea as a tourist and in addition to enjoy a new experience, so I think the Siloam Sauna is the perfect place fo this, but I have a doubt: I wonder if we can go out to do sightseeing in the city and leave the baggage or suitcase in the store room without problems. Did you do this any time? Is it possible in Siloam Sauna? Thank you!

    Korea sure seems to have a lot of fun things going on. . I want to try this too. I've occasionally had long layovers in Incheon but never thought to head into Seoul. Is it far from the airport?

    I wanna go to one of these! Looks like a fun relaxing experience :)) There's actually one near where I live so I need to try it out someday!

    • @grrrltraveler
      @grrrltraveler  9 лет назад +1

      Gloria Powell You should try it out. While it might not be as extensive as some of the ones in Korea, it'll probably give you a good idea. Or.. you could just visit Korea. ;)

    The purpose of doing JJIMJIL in Korean which means fomentation is to invigorate five viscera such as liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys by providing the body with external fever.
    Animated five viscera dispose of and excrete waste produced and accumulated as a result of metabolism.
    Therefore, after experiencing Korean style jjimjil you feel refreshed.
    It is necessary for you to remember that radiation fever is efficient to cure but convection fever is not effective.
    So Jjimjilbang has been constructed deliberately to emit radiation fever for 1500 years in Korea.

    Hey Gurrrlll,
    Is there a no tattoo kind rule enforced in these places?

    • @grrrltraveler
      @grrrltraveler  9 лет назад

      Sabrina Suljevic Not to my knowledge, but you may get a few stares. Tattoos in Korea have a certain stigma attached. However, it is probably worse for Korean women than foreigners. Wouldn't let it stand in your way of enjoyment.

    Yes. I will install all over America install sauna systems.... Forget the governments.... Nobody allows to sleeping on the streets.... And everyone stay clean.... Of corse open 24 hours 365 days..... Normally they charge $30 daily.... But.... And there are 30” by 30” public locker rooms that any one easily access to their lockers.... Yes. These are my one of businesses....
