Geting prepared for an interview with this course (I was far away from the miscroscopy before). Well, that's a masterpiece. I absolutely love it. Please don't stop!

Thank you. I just started a new job designing, building and selling highly specialised and customisable microscopes for a range of applications (Cairn-Research if you're interested) and, although I have a strong optics background, my knowledge and understanding of microscopy itself is limited. Especially when it comes to the application of these devices and the end user experience. Your videos provide a clear refresher of my knowledge and explain exactly why each topic is important for microscopy. Thank you again. All the best and I'm very much looking forward to the next video.

Thanks for your informative video. I'd like to ask about the correlation cofficients used in co-localization between Magenta and Green, could you please elaborate how do you calculate that correlation between the two colors?

This is an excellent question for the image analysis experts at image.sc discussion forum!
