I ride these e-scooters. And yes 100% should never have a baby or 2nd passenger on the scooter. They are easy to crash, I’ve crashed 3x when things stop your small wheels. Also they are very slippery on tiles.

I know if LE ask for assistance from truckers then that would also be looked at different by the trucking company
