OMG neither my spouse nor I have ever had a turkey leg and we have no desire to 😂😂 But I DO desire that jackfruit sandwich! So happy for y'all that they listened 😂 and gonna have to make a stop and get one when we're in WDW next month 🙌
I make grilled jackfruit sandwiches at the house, and I now consider myself and jackfruit snob! Haha. All kidding aside, I’m glad they’ve got a non beyond/impossible option for me. September can’t come soon enough!
Lmao at Bear's assessment of the French fry! That's going to make me smile all day. The jackfruit sandwich looks amazing, and I can't wait to try it. I'm not a fan of Beyond or Impossible, so this is exciting. The salad also looks amazing - do they offer a vegan ranch? Princess, I'm with you on the turkey legs - gross (and sad!). Thanks for the review!!!
Bear, I’m pretty sure that was a wedge of romaine, not iceberg lol!! But either way, that salad looked devine and it is now on my list of Epcot foods to try 😋
I think the jackfruit at Regal Eagle is pretty good compared to other spots that have jackfruit. I always liked the burger here since there really aren’t a ton of quick service vegan options in Epcot but I’ll be getting this I’m sure. Are all the onion rings here vegan? Their menu doesn’t specify but this sandwich has vegan onion rings on it.
Never ate at Regal or pre Regal cause I like to try other countries esp Japan. idk that Ive ever tried Jackfruit. tried the Turkey leg once and didn't like it.
I am not vegan more vegetarian, but turkey legs make me want to puke too! The smell, the parts, the gnawing, it’s all gross! My son loves them though! 😂 So Princess, I feel your pain!
I ran to the restroom before giving our final thoughts and passed by 4 different tables with turkey legs. The smell was still in my nose, which is why I brought it up. Too nasty! 👸
Decidedly NOT a turkey leg person. 🤢 I do eat meat but cannot even be near anyone eating those. As IT people, what's your theory on why Disney IT is so notoriously bad?
Pure speculation because we don't know Disney's IT operations at all. But, when you create an application there's a foundational set of requirements. During the development process that might change but once it's published, you've really just started your work. You've got enhancements that management will request and each manager in each department will have their own set of requirements/enhancements they want for the app. In Disney's case, you've got shopping, food, wait times, etc. Each one of those will likely have multiple projects/project managers requesting features/enhancements. Sometimes those enhancements conflict with other features, which can cause issues. The issues can mostly be remediated in QA testing but you can't test for every scenario. Added to that, legacy developers leave or move to a different department. That'll leave a gap of knowledge with another developer trying to figure out what the original person did while also not coding the same way. Every coder has a different coding style, not one size fits all. Lots of factors as to why it's so terrible.
I cant do the turkey leg. Its gross. I mainly eat plant based but I try healthier options at times in the meat world. Turkey is one of the dirtiest meat production industries with care and quality so I stay as far away from turkey as I can. And those things taste like ham which is pork butt lol🤢
Foodie and chill !! We have never eaten here but yum
Much improved
I can’t wait to try that sandwich! I love jackfruit.
It's good!
Thanks for the engaging review. Great update!
Thank you so much!
After seeing your post on IG, I immediately had to watch this video! My trip is so soon and I’m here for these options. Thanks guys.
Always!
Thank you for another great review 😊
Thank you so much for sticking with us
Thanks for showing a gf/veg option! I’m excited to try the jackfruit sandwich! Thanks for another great review🥰
Always!!
The gf toast at Regal Eagle is very good! I’ll be eating there for sure on my next trip. Plus they have gf cider.
Love it!! Let us know what you think after you go!

Appreciate another jackfruit lover!
Also happy to see a jackfruit sandwich. The burger just wasn’t doing it for me. Glad they listened to you 🙌
The second we found out we did a happy dance.

It was definitely romaine.

The onion ring on the sandwich is a misprint. It's not served with onion rings.
@@PrincessandtheBear Oh. That’s unfortunate.
Cannot ever too much ranch... lol.
Just kidding 😅
🤣🤣
Disney is listening! Lol
We're here for it and loving it.

It's hard to leave Japan when the food is so good. 100% relatable.
is that iceberg lettuce? looks like romaine.
It is romaine
I tried a turkey leg once many, many years ago as a child and I can confirm that they’re as gross as they look!
Thanks Carol!
You seem to know your eighths with your greens 🥬
