- We’re bringing you a Full-Length BodyBarre® class from warmup to cool down, using small hand weights, a booty band (or resistance loop) and a magic ring. If you don't have any of those items, feel free to modify using what you have on hand, or nothing at all! There are no props at the barre, so if you'd like to skip ahead to the barre portion, feel free to do so! Just make sure you get a nice warmup in first!
