I made a few small mistakes in the video. A big one is the mistake in the Professions tab. I'm not going to take the video down, but I apologize about it. RIP, that's what I get when I rush a video.
The only mistake i noticed was the terrible background music. At least you have the skills to balance the audio levels so i can hear you talk (which a lot of small youtubers completely fail at)
People who want a fresh server are people that play 20 hours a day for 2 weeks to get way ahead of everyone then quit. Then when they realize they are behind now they cant cope with having to catch up so they flip the board over and demand a fresh so that they can have an advantage again.
I think a lot of people shifted into waiting to see if P4 is good before jumping back online. So if there’s some good hype it should bring everyone back, and the people who won’t even play until end game is released.
SoD was fresh, however multiple phases at dead end level brackets builds up. People that play farm gold, with P3's length and the massive damage incursions did there are people on the server with as much gold as 3 year era servers. If the phases weren't so long this would be a non issue. However it is, depending on the gold sinks it might be alright. But it's been nearly a year, and were not even at 60. People are just burnt out, 60 is where most of the content is and people feeling burn out from SoD hurts any sort of "fresh" feeling.
How does SOD constantly feel like both too big changes while also not having enough changes? If they had spent 7 months working rather than 7 months on a live service game that only gets small updates every few months, most of those updates means nothing after the introduction phase.
I don't get why people are so mad with the delay. We´re in the middle of summer, touch grass and theres tons of other games to just chill out in. While we wait to no-life the Phase4. I'm here just waiting to log back in and enjoy a fully-packed phase4 in September :))
Stronghold gauntlets are yet to be updated 😅 lol those “amazing” stats are what they are in classic classic. A lot of the items on the wowhead profession wise are yet to be updated. They still “make” the old item but the pattern has a new name.
class balancing: pvp mage mains more like pvp wheelchair mains in all of season of discovery it looks like now basically being powercreeped out of PVP completely: when is the mage mains turn to be Not shit balancing at PVP? reminder there was 1 of the pvp dmg reduction update where Mages was 100% unable to kill a other "glass canon class: low HP/def stats" being fully AFK before going oom while shamans was being so broken in that patch too it just also break faction balancing: non ally que up for BGs anymore and when a BG happening +5 shamans in the grp
harder mc sucks, there will be less pugs that you can go with a fresh 60 alt and for mains its boring. we want a NEW RAID not an old raid tuned harder cmon blizzard. what about scarlet crusade or kharazhan crypts raid that got teased in trailer??? if we for real dont get a new raid this phase it is complete ass. who cares about upgraded gear when we basically got no new content and just do the same raid we did like 100 times in all other versions of classic they released so far...
Honestly, you're probably right to a degree. I do think the newer seasons will have less hiccups, but I also know that there is a solid playerbase for Fresh.
