for the way you did that amazing results. i have had to do crazy things with nothing so many times as an Ironworker. my angle grinder is my saw , sander etc.. you could cut right through that in about a minute. then throw some 40grit and the adapter for that and round all your sharp edges and all. if i need to i will lock the trigger on with it clamped to something and use it like a belt sander/bench grinder. im impressed that you pulled it off at all that way homie
i am amazed at your skills with a hand saw and holding that thing. why not crill 3 holes in the other side and temporarily screw it to the stair to hold it for you or use a few clamps? also you can spray it with some water here and there to keep the heat down. also i would lay out and drill the holes to mount them first just to keep it easier. like 1/8th holes and then after you cut the rails your holes are there you just have to use a 3/16th or a step drill bit to make the counter sink. once again impressed that you could hol;d that and hand saw a straight line. also the cutting board i used was about half as thick
thanks. i marked a line, the saw tends to want to keep itself straight for the most part. the sawzall or jigsaw just melted it instantly. i'm happy with how they turned out, and i've made several sets the same way.
Well you weren't kidding! These look super impressive! Stay Rad!! 🛹🐀
thx
can't use power tools to cut them bc they'll melt. but i'm super happy with how they turned out
