Pangatlong tusok here
What can cause the f3 fuse to blow right away? I changed it twice in a row, it blows as soon as you plug the cord into the receptacle. The diagram wasn't very helpful, I'm assuming I have a dead short/grounded load.
sorry for the late replay bro. first, check the proper line voltage, it should be properly grounded if it is ok. check the heater and blower for proper resistance and body ground, most probably one of these parts is shorted.
I know I’m a year late but the switches may need to be adjusted
Been working on this oven for 2 weeks straight. No amperage reading on the brown current wire. Replaced control board, Replaced all relays, both Hv transformers, both capacitors, both diodes, and power supply. K2 relay just clicks a ton when you run the Mag test. I'm at a loss
amps reading on the brown wire represent the full function of the components, do you encountered any error code?
base on your concern, technically you encountered the f3 error. we need to find out first why the brown wire don't have amps, check the k3 fuse if it ok check the k2 anode relay, while the unit is functioning you can get 24vdc at the coil relay.
@@kitchenequipmentexpert4977 yea we had an F3 error. No amp on brown wire. Replaces fuse and f2 relay. We have 24vdc at the relay.
@@ktmclay consider to check or replace the magnetron.
cooling fans are running all the time. should i replace rise on thermostat ?
do you encountered any error code?
@@kitchenequipmentexpert4977 nope.
@@seanshin574 it is a rare scenario, basically you encountered F6 error, if the oven control compartment getting to hot the cooling fan will turning ON, clean the fan filter if obstruction by dirt, or either the oven are in hot environment or too close to another heat producing equipment try to relocate the unit.
What if the f2 keeps coming with high limit trip
try to reset the hi limit, if nothing happen check the proper resistance of heating element top heater reading should be 13 ohms and the bottom heater should be 14 ohms. if ether of them are open replace the heater.
another thing is the solid state relay, if the heaters reading good, check the solid state relay.
if the heater and solid state relay are good check the RTD sensor. thank you
