Not only are the properties cheaper, certain property taxes are a bargain. For example in the US, if you buy a house for 300,000 USD, you'll be paying around 5000USD per year on property taxes. A house worth 300,000 USD in Turkey only has 600USD worth of property tax. In 10 years, that's a reduced cost of 44 thousand USD!
Yes abroad is way expensive, here in Canada I pay $8500 a year for property taxes but the house is 3600 sqft with 6 bedrooms. However the average yearly property tax is around $6-7k.
Remember, if you're from the us, you also pay taxes for homes you have in other countries kekw

No doubt Turkish property is cheaper against European countries also taxes but for 3rd world countries like Pakistan India Bangladesh and Afghanistan still it’s expensive also the rental value is very less even if you invest 2k 💵 Dollars as I’ve analysed it from different RUclipsrs in commercial property the rental value is up to 9 % and on residential value would be 4 to 5 % . You should suggest good property for those countries where they can also get good rent apart from buying apartment for stay . If I need to buy or invest there for sure I would like to buy good apartment for stay and other 2 properties I like to buy for rental purpose so I can stay and survive in turkey .what stops me from investing in Turkey is there taxes where buyers had to pay in all categories. Does Turkey have any relief for foreign investors from Pakistan 🇵🇰☹️
