Hi MAX Marketing, what we mean by that is that you pay less than what the property is actually worth for various reasons depending on a case by case basis. Say you're buying a unit in a development that will be delivered in a few years, where the "current" entry level is at 250K USD, for example, and once it's complete the same unit would be sold at least at 150% of the current price. The same logic applies to all the properties that are meant to appreciate over time due to their built quality, amenities and location.

Your point is a solid one. But investing in off plan will not qualify the investors to citizenship as title deeds issued only upon project completion. Am I understanding that right?
Hi Basel. In order to apply for citizenship by investment program, you have to obtain the title deed from the developer. And depending on the specific projects developers can provide title deeds during the construction process. So, it works for citizenship.

Because simple the added features will cost you more than the actual product itself. However, that is not the case at Times Tower. It's being supported by the Giant finance centre next door. It's the project that was listed by Forbes magazine as the best investment project in Istanbul.

Bro still need more comprehensive video on healthcare private and public comparison? With citizenship and without which healthcare plan is better? Another option which most people do is just pay minimum 100tl a year for free doctor check up and get their medication from pharmacy normally not expensive. And for bigger things either go back to their country where it's free like UK or pay at public hospitals. If & when required which are reasonably priced. Please make a long version with a expert or Cameron
I also had the similar kind of investment undersanding but I saw real estate agents don't show us this kind of projects. They always take us out of the city, high rise projects and similar kind of things.
I think trust in the developer is the hurdle when it comes to buying small projects. Some one who comes from other country would not have the same level of comfort as some one local.
Recently US put some sanctions on Turkey for the purchase of anti-missile defense system from Russia and Erdogan doesn’t seem to budge. This would have implications on the real estate investment especially in the long run if the tensions are not resolved with US. Your thoughts?
US sanctions dont have the effect it did 5 years ago. Investors are pivoting East, away from the Western Hegemony...dont sleep on Istanbul. It will be like missing So Cal beach properties in late 1990s

Because finding out those properties is not something that everyone can do.
Yeah the value doubled in a few years but the Turkish lira value dropped by 50% also in that time so…
