    Hi i have recently discoved the world of microsoft flight sim along with my 13 year old autistic son. The game has given him so much joy that i recently purchased the turtle beach velocity one flight stick based on your recommendation. Just wanted to thank you for your vids which have really helped both us newbies out.

    Wow. Wow. All I can say is wow. I must have seen 20 videos on the same subject. None have been so clear and easy to understand as this video. Many were helpful and informative. But your video is a night and day difference. Subscribing. Thanks.

    Hudds. Very interesting on the Localiser approach angle. Have used some of your other guidelines on the Garmin. Some of the most well explained guides out there. Excellent as ever. Keep up the good work.

    How did you manage to enter Hethros Busy airspace without ounce talking to anyone from Approach or even Tower? Ya it's a GAME/Instruction trattori, I get it.

    Another nice newbie video HUD. ILS landings are something I haven’t yet tried in MSFS. Used to do it all the time in x-plane. 😊

      @@Huddison I got it to work flying into Torrance Airport near Los Angeles (KTOA). You may want to address that some airports have a localizer-only, and no glide slope! LOC will get you to the runway, but you have to manage the descent. 😝

    Confirmed what I thought I knew plus added a few I things I didn't.
    I have a nice, cheap custom keyboard setup for AP, ATC etc and an interesting Hotas setup which you may be interested in...

      Don't know if you ever use it, but the new(ish) features of the VFR Map which allow you to search and bring up info on airfield lengths, altitudes, NAV and COM frequencies etc, all whilst in mid-air, are very useful too.
      It might be worth sharing in your next video.

    Great vid, I have been trawling through all your content since I got my xbox. Can you tell me which Autopilot setting you have mapped in the options setting? There seems to be so many autopilots on and off I am having trouble, especially in the Beechcraft King Air. I use keyboard, controller and Airbus Joy Stick X, many thanks, cheers.

    • @Huddison
      @Huddison  Год назад +1

      I use different AP seetina dna mappings, depending on what controller I'm using (I don't unfortunately own the Airbus Flightstick).
      Here's a good examples of some of my mappings: ruclips.net/video/bhJTC8zEQw8/видео.html

    What adjustments you have on the assistance (easy, hard?) menu in MSFS in the main menu while you describe us on your video?
    :)

    • @Huddison

      I have most of my Assistance Options on Hard, but feel free to set Crash damage and Engine Stress to off, whilst you are still getting to grips with the SIm.
