You stayed out of the water at Huddison intl congratulations 🎉
Thanks! 😁
Wicked, well explained. Will be watching and copying this a dozen times too.. cheers
Thanks, always humbling to hear.
no matter the topic be it flying with the VOR or just flying about is always always Fun and Educational Thank You
Thanks Mike.
I remember flying in a BAe 146 in the ‘90s. Very noisy with quad jets in a smaller airframe! 😂
They really are lovely aircraft; the 146 Professional is a must for MSFS.
I really need a computer. The graphics are insane
Great vid. Note that the papis at london city ain't the best because the profile is greater then 3°. Heathrow is better because it has 3° which is the standard glide profile.
Thanks for the additional info.
I was going to make the same observation; in fact,as I understand it, the glideslope at Huddison International is 5 degrees i.e. almost twice the conventional 3 degrees. It has to be because of the highrise buildings on the approach. There is a downside to using 'HI' for tutorials including landings because one of the fundamentals in 'standardising' landings is imprinting in your mind's eye, what a good approach looks like and repeating that on every landing. But the 'HI' 'look' is certainly atypical because of that unusually steep glideslope.
Hey there great video. Just a comment with no polemic intention. At same point you said that despite the red papi you could land safely. Well I think that papi and approach slope are also ment to clear you from obstacles. So if you approach is too low there is a higher risk on hitting something on the way.
That's a good point.
Was that the stick-shaker at 12:48?! 😮
It felt like it 😁
Don't think so. That is the trim wheel sound I think
@@youpeppe124 possibly, but the red master alarm light was flashing during the noise.
