Personally I use it as a reference book in a way that after Isha Kriya morning meditation, I open it up at a place which I find is guiding me to that place. That's true. Self sacrifice is not the way. Always felt that somewhere. In nature the bird doesn't kill hersef for her children. The fittest survive and thrive and the weak one dies...it is mercy of nature...that energy probably gets a better life somewhere else.

An end to People using other people and animals. Consuming their energy. Protect my energy. You go out to a populated place feeling clear and come back feeling drained and horrible! I ask for greater awareness and authenticity. To meet the elemental's. To accept all the aspects of my 'ego.' Non resistance. An end to constant stress, panic and fear. To keep creating my personal power field. I can feel it now but until I become more Heart-centred and realise my I Am presence, then this is my purpose. The truth, no more lies or limiting beliefs. To be free of the control program! An end to BS! If I can't observe and be present, for the mind does race fast atm... then I can at least hold an intention and feel it in the moment! I can create more once I dissolve or turn down the noise a bit. But I'm not broken. If I focus on that which I want to create and it's aligned with my heart, then the other stuff I'd prefer not to have anymore may just fall away! : )

I recently have started seeing lights trailing in my peripheral vision. We are all Energy/One. I feel the vision of light I see is an Energy of the Trickster's Energy. You recently did a vd concerning the scene of a maid who was giving her woman of the house a bath and when the soap broke she was very tricky and put the soap in a dangerous spot for her "owner" to slip on and she lost her baby when she fell in the bath. I feel the Energies that Be are making me have to be so careful and pay attention all the time. I too was raised as you concerning Physics, Energy, and the importance of Authenticity.
