Personally this hit the spot for adhd. I find that this is along the correct guidelines that people with adhd aren’t hyper with superpowers and can’t focus on one thing for longer then 5 seconds. It’s really not that way. It’s kinda just like, we get very bored very easily and lose track of things very fast and this video captures that and morphs it into the perfect asmr for it. Thank you.
I personally agree. There are many stigmas like that about ADHD like as if ADHD people are hyper and “bring chaos everywhere they go” This ASMR catches it very well for ADHD, not getting boring after a while and these constant switches not too fast
@@hawk18513 yeah the ones that advertise for adhd and it’s literally half a second of a trigger before they throw it down and pick something else up are a bit much
As someone with ADHD, I often find those ADHD ASMR videos that are super fast and aggressive to be quite overwhelming, and ultimately not as relaxing as what you are doing here. So… I thank you for being slow and calm!
Exactly. 99.9% of “ADHD ASMR” videos seem to be created by people that don’t understand ADHD. Our brains are already going fast, so why do would we want more chaos? ADHD brains want to be calmed down. That’s why this video is perfection.

I can confirm that this is super relaxing! ☺️😊
This ASMR is so sooooooothing for my chaotic ADHD brain. I also love Vito ASMR videos because they’re soothing and visually beautiful.

Finally a relaxed and slow paced adhd video. I have adhd and I cannot stand the “fast asmr for adhd” type videos. Fast paced asmr makes me anxious
short triggers with something more soothing than white noise in the back, this video is a new fav of mine to fall asleep to!
You actually do it right. All the others are so aggressive and just too fast. This is perfect
Finally! I've been waiting for the next part to this series and it finally happened! 😁👍

*Stomach

The part where he just started whisper/humming Metallica was just 👌
The trick is to drink a ton of water before you film. That decreases stomach sounds. See if you can borrow some water from the neighbors.
