ASMR for people with ADHD brain 2

- I read a lot of comments from subscribers asking to make another ASMR video for people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. From all of the comments I've read, my previous video with short length triggers helped people with ADHD but also with "OCD" or "ADD". You can give it a try and if it helps you, then let me know. It makes me happy! (Actually, this kind of videos seems to work for all kinds of people :D)
For today's video, I've added even more objects and more sounds than for the previous one. So the video length is also longer than the first video, a bit more than one hour. For all those sounds, I've tried to keep them short again, which isn't difficult cause I like short triggers too. All of them should be between 10 seconds and 30 seconds.
This video contains whispering and triggers like tapping, mouth sounds, water sounds, mic scratching and much much more.

Yes, haha, well. There are always "some" people complaining. Still, I'm also preparing a no talking video with short triggers for them :D

I have ADHD, but I also have crippling anxiety, so these videos have been really really nice because the triggers switch often enough to keep my ADHD interested, but they’re also slow enough to not make me anxious. It’s perfect.
Agreed!!! I'm the same way and i just found him. I have been sleeping sooooo much better and this one REALLY hits the spot.
Ikr! I don't have adhd but I do have bad anxiety and a super short attention span, I can hardly focus on anything for too long!

Hi everyone! A lot of you have been asking for a new video for people with ADHD brain (even a series :D) and as I enjoyed making the first one, I've tried to make a new one. It's always difficult to make a second part to a video that has been successful (I mean from the creative point of view and the effectiveness of it here) but I hope this helps you as much or even more than the first video. Actually, my girlfriend has also been using the first video to fall asleep for several nights and told me she fell asleep quickly without noticing it. She has also asked me to create more similar videos like that one. So... we might have a "series" actually. For you and for her. And for me too. Cause as I said I enjoy making videos with short triggers. Anyway, have a peaceful night!
Thank you Pierre. Great video. :)

Thanks a lot for your kind words, always! ^^
@@PierreGASMRno probelm at all thank you for the amazing content !
Very yes indeed
As someone with adhd, I appreciate the excess speech and ramblings! I literally listen to asmr talking at night because it’s the only thing that will shut off my incessant inner monologue which keeps me up at night. Having one thing to mindlessly focus on helps me sleep. Keep it up!!
Same here. But for me it also helps with my chronic pain. Two birds I guess. I just hate getting immunity because it usually is about a week or more to work again. But so far that hasn't been an issue with these episodes. Maybe he's really onto something with short triggers for ADHD.
I almost got mad when he said people requested for him to talk less but then, before I could, he said he was gonna do this video exactly the same with some different triggers. Thank goodness for that! His angelic voice makes these videos! I don’t care what anyone else has to say about it. :)
Usually I don't like ASMR with talking but your voice is very soothing and I tend to prefer the talking😅
Haha, well... Thanks a lot! I've actually taken a video of only whispering in English as English-speaking people keep on writing that my accent is relaxing. (I should upload the video in one week or so... ^^)

@@PierreGASMR Thank you for making these videos! My ADHD really gets in the way of my sleep and these videos have been a tremendous help. The occasional whispers keep my racing mind in check and I can zone out do all the triggers.
For those two people that complained that he was talking to much there are other channels with no talking
Yeah. An occasional change-up in video is fine, but if their style is more geared toward talking don't expect a major shift.
Who would dislike this absolute masterpiece knowing the time and love that was put into it :(
My theory is the people who dislike ASMR videos are the same people who think ASMR is too weird/sexual and they don't even watch it, it prolly gets recommended to them or something and they insta dislike it.
pieces of sh*t's, that's who would dislike it
can we just appreciate how this man was standing up for 1 hour to do ASMR,and then editing a 1 hour video? We gotta love this man.
Yeah that's amazing

I hope this part 2 is as helpful as the first one ^^

@@PierreGASMR it 100% is, no doubt about it.
Normally I hate it when amsrtists talk but occasionally there's a very rare person with an actual good soothing whisper voice and it's literally the best asmr you can find on the planet. Keep talking in your vids it's so relaxing
Pierre just want to say and everyone else to notice that you have replied to every single comment on this video and that is a lot of time and effort for someone to replie to over 228 comments keep it up
I was just thinking right now that I needed to go away from my computer screen as it has been an hour and a half since I started replying to comments. I'm happy to read people comments and to reply but I think that after replying to yours I'll go and do my morning stretching... with my cats :D
Thank you for noticing and have a great day! ^^
As someone with ADHD it really is hard to find things to concentrate on for a long period of time but the short length triggers helped me fall asleep
I don’t have ADHD but God I can’t concentrate on anything. I give up halfway through doing projects too, I just can’t stick with one thing.

Just want to let you know that i listen to you every single nigth, i’ve done this for the past like 5-8 months now and you succeed every nigth. So i thank you.
The slightly faster pace from the previous video I think is great. It resembles more the pace of general activities rather than trying to be slower and more methodical. Great for ADHD, great in general.
"We need to be fast, to think fast, but to move slowly." - Pierre
9:45 is probably my favorite.
Thank you! I've read a few comments from people saying they would love a longer version so I added more sounds, as many as I could find. I had to dance twice cause my back hurt making this, haha. Anyway, I hope this video helps as much as the first one ^^
@@PierreGASMR you are an awesome human.
As someone with ADHD this was amazing for me. I normally can’t relax during long trigger videos, or ones that don’t use two separate mics. This was perfection! Had to come back to comment because I fell asleep towards the very end. I especially loved the little green things on your hands you used in the beginning! A fantastic trigger!

The triggers are perfectly balanced as all things should be.

The trigger work in this video is excellent. Idk, it really brought me back to old school asmr style. Like these days the field seems so saturated with brushes, just whispering, and hyper fast aggressive tapping :/ this was very refreshing
I LOVE the amount you talk in these. Really tingly. (Also the ADHD-centered videos are incredible, thank you so much for them❤)
I love these videos, I have ADHD and usually get fed up with the triggers on other ASMRtists videos as they go on for a long time, so I click onto another video and the cycle repeats. However these videos I feel so relaxed to and the triggers are short but long enough to be enjoyed. The video is also super long so there are plenty of triggers for my brain to “focus” on. Thank you so much. I’ll be sleeping happily and peacefully tonight ✨
I was always wondering what didn't click for me. This pacing and the switching of triggers is so much more tingly and it captivates my attention. Thank you for the video!!! Love both ADHD videos you have made so far, new subscriber! :)

🤣🤣🤣 that’s a good cop
Dude ive gone through dozens and dozens of videos of asmr, and this is the only one that has made me feel good, i fell asleep super quickly, i love this so much, thank you!!!!!
As a person with ADHD, this was really relaxing! :D
I never realized how mentally painful it is to try to choose an ASMR video to watch, try to make it through the previews, intro, etc. Waiting to be relaxed while the asmrtist moves too slowly to even capture my attention. Especially if it's a roleplay or something requiring focus - my attention will be on calming my muscles, slowing my thoughts, "oh wait what did she say? No relax, okay deep breathing... shit I'm tense again. What did she say?" hahaha. It can be more stressful than relaxing.
This fast paced but still gentle style is soooo soothing for my adhd brain. And I love the way you speak - it's not too deliberate, I don't feel pressured to focus on it. This is lovely. Thank you so much:)
Oh and btw - I think the first was better for sleep because it was sliiightly slower and helped my thoughts slow down - but this one i think I'll listen to during the day more when my brain is too loud. As it is, it's definitely helping me relax into a mindset where I'm preparing for sleep :) I would love one of these that starts off faster and gradually gets slower, but of course, you do you!
i love his talking, his voice is so soothing, if anything he needs to talk more ❤️
I have never been able to finish an ASMR video, but this one and your other ADHD video have been wonderful. I usually hate talking in the videos, but I think the short triggers combined with the short sentences are just what my brain needed. Glad I discovered your videos!
Thank you for caring about your viewers so much :) best asmrtist out here!!
Thanks a lot! Hope this helps too ^^
i usually get super bored with long asmr videos but this one is just so good. the short triggers keep me from getting distracted and i love it so much. thank you for making these videos!! also your inaudible whispering is amazing
For me, the most effective ASMR videos are always those who moves the triggers around A LOT and always have those gentle voice and sounds. Because through which my brain can compare the difference and then truly feel that the triggers are near my ears.
So thank god I found Pierre’s vids, it’s been so effective and so helpful for my sleep.🥰🥰🥰

Instantly fall asleep when I listen to this haha. Took me 5 tries before I liked it because I kept ending up sleeping.
Wow it actually really makes me slowly turn focus from all the buzzing thoughts to the sounds and relax
I don't have adhd, I'm just here for the tingles.
😂
I have adhd and I love asmr. But everything just goes on for too long but this guy…this guy gets it. Thank you man.
Thanks so much for this!! I love seeing different creators accommodating to their fans needs, it's really sweet :) also, I'm not sure if you'd like this suggestion, but have you thought about doing a layered whispers asmr video? Your voice would be perfect for that, if not that's fine!
Have a nice day/night
Love you man this video helps a lot trying get some sleep for my adhd and no adds throughout the video is the best hate it when asmr ist do that thank you
Hey Pierre, I love the vids and there perfect for me with the shorter triggers. Just a tip, if you could adjust your mic volume for some triggers than it would be better for some ears. Keep it up man :)
Thank you for this! The previous ADHD ASMR video is also amazing. I am an adult with ADHD and this is groundbreaking for me. You are a true artist. Keep doing your art! I appreciate you.
I know this is a long shot but; Could we get a "power within" ASMR based off of that one Spongebob episode? Cheers!
I don’t have ADHD, I don’t think so anyway, but this is so much better than regular asmr I get so fed up that they stay on the same trigger for so long but you move on quick. Love it!
*this is why i'm subscribed*
seriously tho, i've seen a video where they did the same trigger for *20 MINUTES.*
like, seriously, please just move on with the object! 1 minute is all ready too long!
35:48 that's so cute- pls- lil dancy dance 😌
i'm calling that the pink crab dance and nobody is going to stop me.
(I mean, who would? it's the pink crab dance :)) )
the interjections of inaudible whispering are amazing!! thank you for making a part 2 💓
I don’t have ADHD and prefer this kind of trigger. Very cool content!
Wow, this video worked even better for me than the last one. The last one took about 7 minutes but this started to work in under 2 minutes.
Merci. This video was great for my chronic pain. I hope you keep doing these particular videos.
I personally have ADD and found this quite enjoyable
I have ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder and this video and the last ADHD video helped me focus during online schooling and also helped me with sleeping thanks so much these videos have made a huge impact on my life it was also your first ADHD video that introduced me to your channel and made me subscribe thanks for being there for people with special needs 😀
Just had another argument with my mother, I really needed this. Thank you!
I hope this helps and that... you will have a peaceful time with your mother next time ^^
@@PierreGASMR Thank you, I hope it will be peaceful too. Have a good day/night!
IM IN LOVE WITH THIS ASMR!! Being a person with ADHD, I can never get tingles from anything and everything just makes me mad or hyper, but this i could most absolutely fall asleep to!!
