Handsfree feature via Bluetooth is pretty good for me, No disconnection or anything....The other side hard me clearly. there is separate volume adjustment present in the unit for that.

Hello, I have a problem with the radio, Its with the touch screen. I touch on thing and it selects a totally different thing. I need to factory reset, so I start from scratch. I cant calibrate, for some reason, I tried numerous times and wont work.
Ive had issues with other headunits and mirrorlink. My present headunit wont work with my S9+(Android 9) but will work with the S7edge (Android 8), although I not only have to do the debugging story but also change my Screen Mode to Basic otherwise it wouldnt connect. What android version do you use on your phone? The unit is Android 6.0?
For the back up camera input which wire is the ground? There is the yellow RCA for input and also the power. My wiring diagram doesn't have accurate information and the wires are identical.
you just connect the camera to ground at the trunk and the ground will be at the outter part of the RCA SO NO NEED TO CONNECT TO GROUND at the headunit side

I too have a similar unit but for some reason it draws power even after the vehicle is locked, so it's draining the battery after a few days. Checked with a multimeter and it shows a draw of 0.67A. when I disconnect the unit it shows 0.01A. Is the unit faulty ?

There is no problem playing music or radio as background, it will not disturb navigation... it just like any android tablet or phone device. I use 3rd party Hiby Music and navigation when needed. Same goes for radio until you stop or clear from the memory it will play.

To connect TMA you need to Turn On phone's Developer Option Enabled....You can use Alternative of play store such as Aptoide store or APK Mirror / APK Pure website where all the apk is there. You can use the alternative of RUclips app such as RUclipsvanced which is AD Free RUclips though you need to download MicroG if you want to log in.
I think there is a glass there - Also there is screen guard applied for the unit other than protective plastic which need to remove once the unit out-of the box.
on the camera cable, connect red wire coming out of the connector to brown wire that says cam in. connect the yellow connector to the back of the stereo camera in. on the camera side connect the red wire to a positive source and black wire to negative source. i use my reverse light to do that.

Once you connected any USB memory into the one USB port it will accumulate the Audio File list to that default music player, also make sure the 'ALL' option is selected by default. The inbuilt music player scans your music and stored as alphabetical order....That is all.
At 13:40 position the unit installed at the car and lights on at the icon/widgets when the car's headlight switch on and goes off when the headlight turned off. This is done by the Solid Orange color illumination wire at the Unit's harness.
There is no way to connect an external mic for Bluetooth Phone Call conversation, You need to rely on the inbuilt mic which situated at the top left hand of the unit...It is quite efficient as per my testing from the front seat at least.
If your competent at electronics, there is a pair of pads for a mic connection inside the unit on the mainboard, you may need to disconnect the internal microphone

You need to connect Yellow cable directly to 12v+ batery, but the red one needs to be connected on the acc cable, this cable send power only when the key switch is open on your car, if you connect on this way, when you tor off your car, the diaplay was turn off too.

Currently putting one into a RX8 sat nav pod head unit, looking good
looks like I have slightly different software, no cygic sat nav installed, so no probs with reserved space, and I don't have AIDA64
All recent units are coming with new firmware and the 2GB limitation is not applicable anymore. Only earlier units are stuck with the old firmware.

probably because its a full Android OS that is doing a system check on start, rather than a smaller dedicated stereo UI

The head unit comes with Andriod 6.0...the phone here in this video shown is Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 which is not anymore....It reaches End of its Life.

As per my testing, those are not RGB but rather white LED, so no it is not possible.
