Thanks very much for your kind words. Bach had two lute clavichords at home - a soft sound very much like a nylon string guitar. It is a very different piece when played without the bright harmonics and timbre of the modern grand piano. So when guitarists play Bach it is actually closer to his "Sound" than the Piano!
What an incredible and moving performance as as usual❢ So lively, heartfelt, sensitive, dramatic and interesting. Very well done. Keep up your talented job. Have a pleasant weekend and good luck.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Your friend Satoru
It's only 44 year of practice MayumiSan (My Mother bought me WTC in 1981). The theory is that playing piano increases your technique at the Electronic Organ/Theatre Organ that I was also playing at 15 years of age. Funny, the interpretation may vary day to day depending on my mood!
Great work Dochama! I really liked your performance on this piece: noble, decisive, intense. Particularly on the fugue which I have always considered very difficult to perform due to the positions that the various voices on the hands have from time to time. The choice of harpsichord is also excellent. Thanks for sharing it.
Grazie mille Carmello. So che poche persone come SatoruSan e te apprezzeranno il WTC. Devo perfezionarne ancora un po' e impegnarmene così come te alla fine registrerò il Libro 1.
Such a beautiful performance👏👏👏👏👏🎶🎹
Have a wonderful week! 🍀🍀🍀
