It was love at first listen AND it made me want to learn the dance, even though i,m old, ever did only ballet, and had not danced in 23 years! I worked my a$$ off every morning for several months to learn the moves, rebuild muscles and stamina, and started adding Changbin's gym exercises to help. Even days where I don't have much time to dance, this one is a no-skip (with her mandatory warm-up stretching). It's my DDD, Daily Dose of Dopamine

As a Stay you heard Miroh live a few times already. I HIGHLY recommend going to their concert just to see this live. Just the feeling of the ground shaking as everyone is jumping and the feeling of hearing a thunderous “stray kids whooo” is just surreal. Miroh will always be a classic fave!!! It’s such a banger! They released it in 2019 but until now it’s one of the most awaited song to be performed in their concerts. I experienced live their Maniac concert and everybody went insane when they performed Miroh. Everybody was jumping up and down in the arena.
Fun fact: at 2:05 and 3:06 they’re doing the Haka! (The haka is a ceremonial Mäori war dance or challenge. The Haka is usually performed in a group and represent a display of a tribe's pride, strength and unity. They said they really like Mäori culture so they included a traditional dance into the choreography!)

😮 I've watched the Kingdom performance a thousand times and since Hyunjin opens the choreo and is shown a couple of times, I've never realised he didn't sing!! I mean, maybe he's heard in the track? But he didn't sing during the performance. OMG. That broke my heart, I thought at least he had that one (I've known SKZ for a bit over a year, I really dived into them in February). I think Kingdom performances are amazing (from SKZ and in general) but I'm always torn with them because Hyunjin wasn't there. So good for them to do the OT8 (marvelous) version now 🫶🫶 Miroh is such a great song!!!

But, I've just checked thrice the Kingdom show performance (I know it was was deleted from RUclips, but the internet is a vast place and I have memory capacity in my phone to download things) and he's got a microphone (the type that goes attached to the face) so he probably wasn't silent when they screamed "Stray Kids whooo" (not sure if that's the correct spelling of the chant lol) but I'm pretty sure he's never shown singing in close up like the rest. Or he is shown in close up, but he literally has the knife in his mouth so he can't be singing there. Anyways, the real point here is that it sucks major time that he was excluded from that experience. And that it's great he ultimately could return to the group. I saw he's live on Instagram this morning, my first time watching a SKZ's live *live* and, I'm OT8... I can't phantom him not being a part of Stray Kids ♥️
I'm in my 30's and have seen Skz twice live. Miroh was easily the best song live and everyone around me was moving - even parents of kids. It's such a literal bop and I've even tried to get a club DJ to play it at a gay club (he didn't have access to it, oof.) Such an energetic song. I say this as someone who mainly listens to death metal and hard rock outside of Skz. 😂

Also, Chan is really interested in Maōri culture (indigenous people of New Zealand and parts of Australia), and so he took inspiration from Haka (Maōri traditional warrior chant and dance, now used to honor a person, be it at a wedding, a funeral, a retirement, etc) for the choreography of the chorus. If you've never seen a Haka, I highly recommend you look one up. I cry every time. XD
