I always like this kind of steering. Anything fancier would be a straight waste of resources. But both the CG of the pilot and of the engine, they should be at the same high. And the lower frame should be less wobbly.

It looks like a gyrocopter but I am not sure if it's a gyrocopter. we do not see it flying

you will have to pre-rotate the rotor up to 180 - 200 RPM or take off will be half kilometre long.

I'm gunna assume it's not airworthy and can't fly, since you didn't show any of that. as far as we know it's a gokart.

That is a very poorly designed gyrocopter. The center of gravity is very clearly well below the thrust line of the prop. If it bunts over and you lose your lift, it will go nose down and become uncontrollable falling like a rock. Very dangerous.
