They should honestly just do what Sony did, keep the store up. But on life support. Meaning; on the PS3 you can still buy and download games but in order to add money you need to go on your PS4/5, or your phone, or even your computer to add funds to then buy games on PS3. There are also still tons of games online on PS3 too. The way they did this, all games on PS3 are technically free. Because when you add funds to your account, you've already paid Sony. So the money on PS3 is literally just worthless credit to unlock access to a game or DLC. This is the route Xbox should take, instead of just shutting the entire thing down.

So I just bought a used Xbox 360 E 500gb for like 80 bucks complete with kinect and controllers, even comes with Sims 3 in the disc tray. In my country buying this consoles is so expensive so this is my first ever console. But some really good digital-only games that I thankfully bought back then were already removed from the store last year, such as OutRun Online Arcade, Trials Evolution, Daytona USA, After Burner, The Simpsons Arcade Game, Sega Rally Online Arcade... You can't buy them all anymore. And I still enjoy playing them. These are such great games. But no one can buy them anymore. That's such a pity.
360 was my young teens into my adult life, really bums me out to see it go. Just bought a 360 yesterday just so I could redownload all my old games (especially the indie games) Man the peak 360 days with Xbox live arcade, and the Xbox indie games for 99 cents was such an amazing time in gaming.
Should consider doing a part 2 covering DLCs for games to get before it goes down (both purchasable & free!) considering many physical games don't have DLC codes (and if they do prolly expired or used)

In regards to the 3 region locked games, you dont need to make a new account just got to the games store page from there respective region and just log in to xbox

So I was able to buy games that aren't available in Germany, e.g. Manhunt and Dead Rising, etc... Now that suddenly doesn't work anymore. The games don't appear at all in the US store. Microsoft has changed something. They can now see the IP.
The Walking Dead Telltale game isn’t based on the TV series, it’s based on the OG source material: the comics. And not only based on the comics, but set in the same universe

I have about $90-$100 360 wishlist so once those are done I'm focusing on getting song DLC for Rock Band since they're $1.99 a piece although some or most songs are in Albums need to be purchased than packs which will be difficult to get but i will try to get them i may have missed out most of the Guitar Hero era but i will not miss out on the 360 side of Rock Band since there's Rock Band 4

I just pulled my 360 out of storage to download these. As soon as i hit download they were showing on my Xbox series X to download to my series X. So I'll be playing these on my series X 😁

Great video dude. Didnt realise that it was RE Revalations 2 full game for free, thought it was just episode one, must have a look. Also an easier way to get the likes of Ikaruga on your account if you have a Series X/S, just change your region to Argentina in the settings menu & restart the console. Change it back to home country after nabbing said games, only good for 360 games with back compatability obvs.

Yes, if you are able to buy the digital item in the one/series x then it will not go away in the when 360 stores shut down. You will be able to also transfer those games you bought from the new consoles to your 360 through digital download history after the 360 store close down.

Not condoning piracy here, but I bought Aces of the Galaxy, refunded it, and found out I had the full version available after refund. I deleted off the account because I have a lot of live games and won't risk losing my account over one game I don't want.

In Korea everyone has a national ID and that's how you verify your age. It's actually nice for games like League of Legends because you have to use your ID so trolls get permanently banned .
I didn't need to make an email address/profile from another country, I just switched my location in the Series X settings, restarted console, searched for the game available in that country. Bingo, got the game for free. The Korean one didn't ask for any id, just let me download the game and play it 👍🏼

Also an easier way to get the likes of Ikaruga on your account if you have a Series X/S, just change your region to Argentina in the settings menu & restart the console. Change it back to home country after nabbing said games, only good for 360 games with back compatability obvs.

Xbox should do a massive flash sale before closing the store & really advertise it too, no sneaky sales that you have to trawl through menus to get to, have it front & centre on the store page.

Most of these you can play on Xbox One, also The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Resident Evil Revelations 2 are episodic so only the first episode of each game is free

Will the Xbox one backwards capability 360 games DLC still be available?
Yes, if you are able to buy the digital item in the one/series x then it will not go away in the when 360 stores shut down. You will be able to also transfer those games you bought from the new consoles to your 360 through digital download history after the 360 store close down.

The judge ruled for Epic and ordered the recall and destruction of all copies, as well as making Silicon Knights pay Epic Games. This caused Silicon Knights to close.
Microsoft owns Too Human. The game can't legally be sold, but Epic gave permission to Microsoft to offer the game for free.
This is why I am into only buying physical games now. I hope eventually this changes.

Yes, but the most important thing is, to own the game. Once you own it, you can download it anytime
The Xbox 360 only supports up to 2 terabyte hard drives. I'm not sure you can use anything bigger

Most of these games say unavailable or not for sale even though I own crimson alliance I can't find it in store but under my owned games it's there but won't download. Do I need a Xbox 360?

I always thought the Xbox 360 marketplace died along time ago , because I was browsing and it said Xbox live no longer supports Xbox360 games so I called my friend about it and he said if you have a newer Xbox one /s/x than you can still get the Xbox 360 games but not sure for how long so I’m just confused because my xbox360 market place is not working and I have 3 xbox360 none of them work on the marketplace so I’m just like hmm must be for the newer Xbox one/s/x

Some probably. Some probably not. You'll have to double-check and look them up on your Xbox series. But for the games shown in the video, if it says" Xbox One Compartible", then it should be in their stores too!

Not condoning piracy here, but I bought Aces of the Galaxy, refunded it, and found out I had the full version available after refund.

@@chickenfoundation9323 Error 8015190A occurs when you can’t sign in/connect to Xbox Live. To fix: turn off reoccuring billing, then turn it back on again. This worked for me when I ran into this problem a couple of days ago 💯

@@franciscothedisco1416 the marketplace shut down only effects the ability to purchase new items digitally within the xbox 360 marketplace. This does not affect the achievements or the games themselves whatsoever

In Korea everyone has a national ID and that's how you verify your age. It's actually nice for games like League of Legends because you have to use your ID so trolls get permanently banned .

I didn't need to make an email address/profile from another country, I just switched my location in the Series X settings, restarted console, searched for the game available in that country. Bingo, got the game for free. The Korean one didn't ask for any id, just let me download the game and play it 👍🏼
