People seriously. I am doing exactly what I am suggesting to you. You can buy the parts a bit at a time. Don't go into debt. Build it yourself. Do your homework on the parts that are needed. And build it. The Manifold I bought was the 1" size, so when I get in the big league, I don't have to buy another manifold. I bought reducers and brought them down to 3/4".Hose I bought two sections of 5/8 Zilla. I have just weekly been placing orders. I now have a running batch system. The first soft wash and pressure wash job has paid for all the parts I have paid for so far. If you have the money or don't know how to put something together. Absolutely buy something like this. You will be in business right away when you get your first customers.
All soap or all rinse. The mixture is controlled with the three proportioner dials. We don’t typically use the soft wash system to rinse, we find it inefficient. Using a pressure washer with a large orifice tip.
The 7gpm systems start at $1250. With the GF metering valves, the 7gpm system would cost $1650. As far as hose length, I’ve run 200’ of hose without issues.
So can you use the cheaper valve for the water side since it is almost always on? The Pentel ones that run about $35 or so? Seems like you could get away with it for both surfactant and water to cut down the price, and stick to the good valve for the SH side since that is the one you most often use and need more accurate.
You're referring to the Pentair valves. You can use them for all 3 spots on the proportioner, the issue is that they crack, which draws in air and renders the system useless.
@@apexpressurecleaning So the ball valves for $30 or so that look like these, on amazon, what is the difference? They look just like the ones Southwest sells for like $250 for their big expensive setup. Also, the pentair crack after a few years of use or like every couple months you're replacing them?
A lot depends on your individual situation. But with this pump. And a 1/2" proportioner, without a hose reel to restrict flow, it's good for 25-35 feet. That's using our Jrod.

I guess the frame, the pump, and who do you go to for your chems? I like that frame. Do you mostly shop online?
Just saw your pinned comment. My bad.
Great job!
Thanks
Does Jrod work like down streaming a pressure washer? Meaning two tips for soap and two tips for rinse? Or are they all soap?

How much does it cost with the precision flow valves ? Also what 12v 7gpm pump you like the best
The precision flow valves are made in China, id recommend the GF's.
The 7gpm pump with GF valves is $1650+shipping
@@apexpressurecleaning oh ok do they have failures I saw that you had built a system with those valves
@@danielmiramontes8611 I can't answer that, as I haven't heard anything. The quality wasn't great in my opinion.
@@apexpressurecleaning is it much cheaper for the precision flow valves system than the gf system ?
