I think this is the first time I've ever seen a show do a "what are your intentions" scene and it feels like it's done out of genuine care for the woman and not out of some sense of passing on ownership or control. It never robs Daisy of her autonomy or agency. In fact, Mack isn't written here to try to threaten Sousa away from her but to try to help him understand that she's interested and to get himself prepared so that Daisy won't be hurt if he's startled by her coming onto him suddenly and she takes it as rejection or something. It feels truly protective for Daisy and for Sousa in a way too. I love those three and this scene was perfect and a breath of fresh air from the way this would usually go.

This scene reminding me of the fact that Mack (47-48) is canonically 10 years older than Sousa (36-37). And in real life, Henry Simmons (Mack) is also 10 years older than Enver Gjokaj (Sousa). Mind boggling.
Me too I love this scene. Mak's overprotective older brother
love how Daisy is the protective baby of the whole group! my girl !
I can't even measure how muck I'm gonna miss this series 😭😭
“This thing is coming for you” 😂😂😂 Wow Mac way to compliment Daisy
I love everything about season 7 aside from the lack of Iain De Caestecker. Was he filming a movie while season 7 was being made?
Yes he was. He thought season 5 was the last season then ABC renewed Shield for 2 more seasons. So the show tried to accommodate him.
@@AngieHines Ah That makes sense. They filmed season 7 so long ago I couldn't remember.
@@MotorCityPhoenix313 Plus 6&7 were filmed back to back at the time so he just didn't have the time. It's the same thing with Haley Atwell because I believe the show runners wanted her to return to play Peggy again but she said she was doing a play in London when they were filming.
This is too adorable!
i havent seen the full episode yet so i freaked out when i saw fitz
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Best series ever
If you look carefully you can see Chloe trying her best not to laugh as Mack and Sousa keep saying "Quake"
Oh my gosh this scene is so amazing he really is the older brother and if anyone tries to hurt her, he won’t let that in❤️❤️
Also, FITZ!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️
Sousa: I think you're threatening me, sir.
Mack: No
*Me, Oh?*
Mack: Not just me
*Me: OH*
I LOVE THIS SCENE SO MUCH AND ALL THE OTHER SCENES FROM THE QUINJET
I LAUGHED SO HARD
I half expected Sousa to point out how it almost sounds like she got named after an oatmeal
I swear if Dasiy and Sousa don't get a happy ending I will Quake the Earth apart. 😂 We knew he couldn't have Peggy and i can't think of anyone better for him ❤
I love protective Mack he's such a loving big brother ❤
This is the cutest scene, I can't even think djfuskak
One of my favourite scenes in whole serie
That time in the quinjet in space was the best!!!
Yeah... for once a Quinjet in space is a good thing.... last few times it was either being blown up along with Daisy's current love interest, or being flown by a maniacal general on gravity steroids
I absolutely loved this moment!
This scene was really awesome, and even better WE GOT FITZ even though it was just a memory of him we SAW HIM 😍
Omg fits just wanting a normal life breaks my heart :( so sad where is he I'm in the uk and can't watch the episodes I really want to
Same🥺😭
u could maybe use some free sites?
Flixtor.is is a good one
U can watch in.. Watch series online.
I watch it there
Thats cool, that they love her and shit, but if I was Sousa I'd run tf away haha
That scene 😂😂
also mack saved this ship before he even knew by saving sousa!!! although I wonder how mack knew
Just a brilliant episode ❤️
🤣
"Thanks
-wait, is that bad?"
One of the best scenes of the season (and the season is epic)
Oh how many times have I rewatched this scene 😍😍😍 and the other flirting scene 😍😍😍 quality content
OH MY GOD MY MAN FITZ IS HERE!!!!
Mack's big brother mode is the best
mack is the big brother daisy always needed
This scene will be my favorite scene😭🥺
Coulson: Father
May: Mayther
Mack: Older brother
Jemma: Sister
Fitz: Younger Brother / Middle brother
Deke: Cousin
Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the films and other television series of the franchise.
highest quality content
I still find the Sousa & Daisy pairing a bit weird because Daisy's mother is played by Dichen Lachman, who was Enver's love interest on "Dollhouse." So it's like he's moving past her to her newer, younger daughter 😂
Loved them together in Dollhouse. I'm always happy to see actors/actresses again with someone they worked with years before.
Seriously? That should be Coulson’s job, not Mack.
He had his moment ... killing garret remember? damn dude tried to murder his daughter, and got disintegrated for it
Coulson is her dad. Mack is the big bro
so many characters were cut from this season, Fitz, Malachi, Benson, Piper, Flint, Snowflake, also why didn’t we see Bobbi, Robbie Hunter or Ward
Does anyone else find it weird that Sousa had a crush on Peggy in the 40s and ended up with Daisy in the end?
Yes we Stan a big brother.
Coulson’s her father, May’s her mother, Mack’s her brother, Jemma’s her sister, Leo’s her brother in law, and Yo-yo is her sister in law sort of.
Daisey has 2 bros, 2 sis's and a mother and a farther and a husband that dosent know he's her husband!!
Edit: it would have been abit funnier if Mack would have said " the man out of time and the destroyer of worlds." That would have been abit intimidating to sousa
Yo ABC why weren’t you pushing the show like this before??? You know it could have gone on until it didn’t if you’d treated it better than the team treats the Zephyr. SHAME ON YOU
