    I absolutely 💯 love your humor and support ❤ throughout the circuit. I hate burpees, but I do the best I can because I am grateful that I can 🙏
    I like the the exercises that help me build up EPOC and I don't have to spend long minutes getting my cardio up. Mahalo, take care and stay safe 🙏❤

    I am a fairly fit woman with no hypertension or diabetes. I exercise everyday. I am 60 yrs old. I do not do any HIIT though. If I want to start, can you guide as to how many reps, or how many minutes to begin with?
