  • The Pyle PCMIC78 is a cheap clone of the venerable Shure SM57 microphone that everybody has used at one point or another. The SM57 isn't very expensive, abut the Pyle clone is dirt cheap. Could it possibly be any good? For certain applications I think it's actually okay. I've been using it as a snare mic in a home studio and the results have been perfectly adequate for that task. This is my complete review.

I used these mics before and they sound amazing for 15 dollars (or in some cases 6 dollars)
