Thank you again Harry and Sharlene for coming on this journey with me. I'm embarrassed that I never checked out Prog Metal before until my Patty played with them. They pull off all of their stuff live too. I saw the live stream of the long awaited Scardust and Patty Gurdy concert in Isreal. I love their lives in Isreal. The crowd is so infectious! Plus Noa can last for a full 2 plus hour concert with the voice of many talents. On your own, just listen to the overture of Strangers. So damn good. I have their music now and support them like I do my 2 other bands to include Liliac. I even sent them a link to Gone for purely inspiration. Bass tapping is so cool to me. Now you see why I'm trying to push them out there. In my youth, the 1970s, in college I loved 20th century classical techniques and loved Frank Zappa especially his classical pieces. I go in total geek mode. I gave you a choice for the next one. Either will leave you speechless. The last one, if you listen to the music it'll give you goosebumps. Then listen to the lyrics. It'll put a tear in your eyes. My soul told to support them. Your reactions are worth the wait for me. Loved it. May peace be with everyone! Stay safe. God Speed. ♥️🌹♥️🤘

Arjen actually has used lead vocalist Noa Gruman's Hellscore choir on his most recent Ayreon and Star One albums, so he is most certainly aware of Scardust!
And by the way, in case you were wondering, Scardust is consistently amazing live, they pull everything off flawlessly.

interesting....crazy key changes!!! Love to hear that LIVE. Thx as always for introducing me to these guys even though they've been around a long time. Line-up has changed since this video too....BUT......some sick skills on display here....and it's always great to see Sharlene turn red as a beet laughing so hard at Harry's open mouthed expression of shock from such a superb offering.

🇫🇮 👍‍ Scardust rules & Noa beats most female metal vocalist without breaking a sweat.
P.S. Noa Gruman & her Hellscore metal choir worked with Arjen on Ayreon's "Transitus" album & Star One's "Revel in Time" album.

Bless you for this! And for all your support.
There is great variety in Scardust's songs, but all share the progressive metal elements. You might enjoy Tantibus II (live, a great version :). Or the Ballad, Sands of Time (Title track of the debut album).

Check out their song Dials! Gone was filmed as the original plan for filming concrete cages fell through as the world shut down. Patty couldn't make it the day before the shoot. The paint was kind of an improvised thing as now Gone would be filmed instead. Took awhile until Concrete cages could be scheduled and filmed again.

Nice! Heard them a few times and this definitely measures up. Kinda reminds me of UTA, this song anyways. To sum it up I've never heard anything bad from them. Great reaction!

    I. Love. Prog Rock. Noa and the boys Obviously do as well, and they're Killin It!
Also, Orr has my vote for happiest bass player. Ever!
Please consider looking at some of the work Noa's choir project Hellscore have done...
You two are awesome, too. Keep it up!
    Cheers

I wouldn't call them better, but different. Last year they did a show with only Nightwish songs. Floor is one of Noa's role models.

There is a metal band in south korea, where metal music has almost been wiped out, and released their debut album after 8 years of hard work. It's a band called Craxilver, so please respond to this band.
