When I was a kid, I watched the original Duck Tales every day. Never missed an episode. I was very excited to learn that they would do a reboot of it, but sadly, this reboot did not come to my country. During the pandemic, I was so happy to see your videos because it gave me a glance of what they were doing with the show and I really enjoyed them. Thank you for those videos and now, thank you for this book unboxing update! :D

I got the deluxe edition too. I love it and I have yet to read it. I don’t think I will take the dime out though. I would love a full review of the book, I miss your content.
I got mine last week, I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but have thumbed through it. I'm quite pleased with it, my favourite part is in "The Outlaw Scrooge McDuck," when I first saw the train, my first thought was that it looked it like it was made by LGB, a German model train company. In the book, Sean Jimenez confirms that it was in fact based on an LGB train. I literally screamed "I KNEW IT!" when I read that.

Sigh. Been missing Ducktales. So needed a season 4... and in the process of revisiting what we did get, came across this video, which reminded me about the deluxe book I didn't get my hands on, went to check on Amazon, and fifty-three dollars later, it'll be here tomorrow. Nice save!

As much as I LOVE getting this book for Christmas and the amount of love and effort went into the no production of this deluxe version, I am still a bit disappointed we still are not able to own the full series on DVD or Blu-Ray! 😆

I was watching your review with of ducktales with pepper teaming with the phantom bolt .
Question
1. Does pepper ever show up any more episodes and if so which ones ?
We webby may and June are scourges daughters and he’s gonna be in there lives but pepper could be the clones mom and not know . The boss goes to the female hench people and says he needs a volunteer and before could even finish his sentence Pepper pulls a pinkie pie is his by his hand saying pick me jumping and down . Just a theory. Maybe an idea for to do a video on in the future about who could be the clones moms among the fowl alies .
She shows up in the finale, but other than that, not much else

Hey Sean, I found this video that had an interesting bit of obscure German duck lore that I thought might interest you. Not sure if you knew about this, but there was a criminal who used Scrooge's German name as an alias to extort a whole bunch of money from an animation company. This is my favorite cartoon show going up and I kind of got to live it again when it was on and I loved watching all your videos and I'm glad you made one more now I'm going to look for this book thank you

The show did terrible in Europe and Asia. Why they thought changing the characters was a good idea I don't know.

@@aertnadle2466 because people have grown up with Uncle Scrooge ( Donald Duck comics are the biggest in Europe) and the nephews and did not appreciate them being turned into completely different characters. A bunch of references do not make you Ducktales.
@@Taydar Different doesn't equal bad, lots of reboots change things up. Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, Be Cool Scooby Doo, She Ra 2018, Carmen Sandiego 2019, MLP Friendship is Magic, TMNT 2012, Rise of the TMNT, and Jellystone are great reboots and they're super different.
Then what proof is there physically that the show did bad in Europe and Asia (Disney is claiming Ducktales was successful to the point where they did the podcast, art book, and EPCOT attraction)? By that logic, would other newer Disney shows like Amphibia, Owl House, Big City Greens, and Star vs also did bad overseas?
@@aertnadle2466 actually they did but that is beside the point. Those shows aren't the huge successes the Internet makes them out to be.
And I know this because I live in Europe and the show got taken off the air to be download only with its final season unceremoniously dumped on Disney plus.
All your examples by the way stink. Both Scooby doo shows suck, Jellystone is an horrific bastardisation of the classic characters, rise of the TMNT is just loud noises. That's why they all don't last because people don't want their beloved characters changed.

And positive DuckTales having the final season added on Disney Plus in Europe and Asia is because of Disney Channels shutting down overseas.
Well, MLP Friendship is Magic lasted nearly a decade and that changed a lot of stuff plus what's the point of a reboot if you don't change things? So then what cartoon reboots are great for you then?
