Excellent instructions that covered a variety of topics. I have had insomnia that has gotten ridiculous over the last 5 years. I am set for a study. I would gladly wear a mask for some regular sleep.

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "treating obstructive sleep apnea without cpap" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - letochy fast apnea plan - (do a search on google ) ? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to get rid of sleep apnea minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

If you don't mind me asking you can this therapy become an addiction over the course of time and can we go off with this therapy after a certain period of time where we no longer need to use this therapy and can sleep apnea free.

I've tried them all. i have anxiety and they are all noisy. I will try some natural methods mentioned here. Dr. said I probably developed a heart condition called atrial fibrilation because of years of untreated sleep apnea. And possibly depression. All kinds of meds that dont work for either. I am going for a procedure called oblation for heart. Psychiatrists are just script writers who use me as a guinea pig. Ive been on every "behavioral"
med there is and the side effects are awful and don't seem to work. Im desperate. Im on disability and it has ruined my life. Im willing to try anything.

I have a cpap. I have good nights and bad nights. The mask makes a lot of noise. Get ready to be yelled at many times during the night. Also be ready to wake up with dry mouth. Very bad dry mouth. Pretty much once cleveland clinic has sold everything to you your on your own. As far as I know there are no fixes fr these problems. Good luck, you will need it.

Have you tried using a humidifier? I got one like this www.cpapoutlet.ca/ProductInfo/1124/DeVilbiss-IntelliPAP-Heated-Humidifier and it helped a ton with the dry mouth.

Bob Schneider I had a bad first try in 2009. Its going much better since I started it in 2014 again. surgeries are a joke! Make the mask work! It can be done. I LOVE my Nasal Pilows. This thing is not loud.
