Lovely Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Millawdon Dessert Allowed Trick (google it)? Have you heard people talk about - letochy fast apnea plan - (search on google ) ? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to get rid of sleep apnea minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

I’ve never loved any physical therapist more than this one
Number 1 Sign you have Sleep Apnea: Every single person that witness's you sleep tells you that "you have sleep apnea dude", or "you snore loud a.f. and you stop breathing wtf is wrong with you". :(
Don’t forget ‘you fall asleep faster than anyone I’ve ever known’ because you’re sleeping a full 9hours but you’re still damn sleep deprived
BWAAHHHAA! Your username! 😆😆🤣😭💀

Great explanation and information.
Thanks Drs I wish you all the best 🌹🌹
No doubt, the video is incredible, and also every time I read watch your videos I just got fastened with the content of the video. How easily you describe each and every perspective of the topic of the video. Keep posting more.
I was just diagnosed with sleep apnea, and since you are my go to guys, I wanted to watch your video. Thanks 😊
How are you dealing with it ?
you okay ?
Im diagnosed too and it sucks ive exhausted all the time i hope i get something for it
Great info guys!
Everytime I try to fall asleep I stop breathing .. I’m just up & scared to go to sleep .
Me too! I often wake back up because im not breathing
Me as well
Me too, it's scary.

Home sleep tests are pretty accurate. $200 but worth it if you can afford it or get insurance to pay. I went through Lofta but there are other ways that might be more affordable. not sponsored, just trying to help.
You 2 are hilarious !
great infortmation
Thank you 💓
Love these guys, always great info and entertaining. 🤣
Love you guys!! Always informative with a bite of humor.
best intro for a channel ever.
This was more useful than most commercials. Fair job!
Love you guys! So funny despite the seriousness of the TOPIC!
For the love of Mike...... get to the point !!!
Good thing I discovered this snoring remedy t.co/Dre5IfqVTi My boyfriend appears to discover great development, so I’m really satisfied with it. I really have a great sleep daily now. My stress will simply diminish whenever I perform the neck and jaw routines, it keeps me relaxed. .
These guys have done so much good in the world! I love them! I had at least 10 issues over the years that they have help me with.
Sidenote: Why are they wearing mics? The audio is subpar.
These guys are like the Hodge Twins of Physical Therapy lol
Thanks for the video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Millawdon Impulsive Wish Trick (google it)? It is an awesome one off product for getting rid of insomnia without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaah
Jesus christ. I guess I'll have to find other people
Love those guys too
Damn it...now im waiting for one of them to say... yeeeeeah!!!
Volume levels are normal now. Thank you!!!
I love these guys
I watch you guys for the entertainment first and the knowledge second. I love this. Brilliant 💛
Thank you Bob Brad great information once again🌵
I would like to inform that I have been rehearsing for couple of monthsutilizing this snoring solution 4SnoringRemedy.blogspot.com and I had great results. Snoring ceased following the first two and a half months and I have not snored ever since! Neither the snoring or the dreaded sleep apnea have returned. .
I love their theme song.
Great vid
Thanks guys. I was tested by VA in sleep study lab. Sleep apnea pretty bad. So, I already know.. 😒
How are you doing now? What kind of treatment did you get?
Great guys.
Thank you! I actually bought this respiratory device when I had Covid. I keep it in my car and when I drive I can easily do a few reps.
Wow. Sounds like a late night infomercial
I’m now on oxygen two liters ,two liters,I started with a concentrator,it didn’t do much,I use two tanks in a nursing home.
Thanks fellas, just based on this vid I bought the breather device.
I saw nothing on the site that resembled the two guys breathers. Items for higher range of voice.
How did it go with the device?
Thanks for the great list of signs--plus the lead on what might be a preventative measure! (I’ve always wondered if I should join a choir or take back up an instrument that requires breathing out as a means to improve my asthma.)
Helpful.
I did it Sleep Study and I’m waiting for the results. I’m looking forward to the treatment. I also heard that they are developing a new drug called ad109 and ad504. They are doing it because of the fact that this disease is very common all over the world. There’s also that new stuff by inspire, which is a little promising, considering the fact that eventually it’ll become tiny as a microchip. I believe it’ll become part of your body over the next five years you won’t even notice that it’s there.
I feel like I might have this because I’m constantly staying up late, I get a morning headache almost every day now, I’m tired, and I can’t breathe during the night😂
Same with me I don’t know if I have it
vip Have you gotten checked out?
are you crving salt and junk food then you may have Sleep acne and i know cuse i have Sleep acne
vip how are you now I’m having same problems
@vip how you feeling nowadays?
I f@cking LOVE your intro song, lol.
Guys for those of you looking for this device, its called “the breather”
I’m having same problems
Just FYI I used your link to get a Breather. The discount code didn’t seem to be working so via chat they told me to use famouspt for the discount code at checkout. That worked! I also asked them what the difference was between the three models of Breather devices. The basic Breather is for people with some degree of respiratory compromise (like being a smoker, COPD, etc) and for children. The Voice and Fit are for healthy adolescents or adults and are the same in terms of resistance and settings. The Vouce is white with red trim and the Fit is black). The only difference is in the linked training resources they offer which include a (free) printable training schedule and a training log. Pretty neat!
Thank you for suggesting this product. I recommend your RUclips channel and website to everyone. Love you guys! Keep up the great work 😊💪
Thanks for the information. I just followed your advice and it worked perfectly.
Wait... no difference in the models? Just a marketing thing?
Is there a name for the breather?
@@EdwardsNH the actual device is structurally the same and works the same. Only the color of the device and the training program linked to each one is different. I think you can access all of the training programs though, no matter which one you buy. That’s my understanding anyhow. Hope that helps.
How did it go with the device?
My doctor said “ everyone that snores has sleep apena but not everyone with sleep apena snores!
Have been using an Apap for nine months, and my BP has gone up.considerably! Plus, I am more tire than.ever. Have never had elevated BP until using that machine. I know that is unusual, but it is the only thing in my life that has changed.
Same happened to me and I got fatter
Apparently the phillips machine could causes cancer. I just thought I'd mention.
It made me feel like i was suffocating so i stopped using it so i believe you when you say that about your bp everything doesn't always work for different people just because its supposed to
You could have an epiglottis based obstruction. It happens in 10% of OSA cases and CPAP makes the obstruction worse.
Sleep apnea doesn't have anything to do with your breathing being weak. It's your tongue and uvula falling back into your throat blocking your airways.
Really
not just that acid reflux can also causes it
I agree with ur comment. Exercise has no benefit for sleep apnea.
@@sidatadesse fat loss does, fat constricts the throat when you fall asleep
Not true, that's only for obstructive sleep apnea.
Would the breathing exerciser be helpful if the cause of the obstruction was a long soft palate combined with a narrow throat? My relative is a petite young woman, very athletic, and it took a while for her to even convince an ENT to test her, because she was so far from the expected OSA sufferer.
Thank you for the very helpful response!
Did they answer your question privately? If so, what did they say?
Would be interested to know as I suspect I have this type of obstruction.
I had sleep apnea for so long that I didnt even realize I was tired in the day. I thought I felt normal. That was before I got a cpap. Aftet using my cpap i freaked out because I had been tired forever. I felt like a teenager after using the machine.
Did you have to do a sleep study and get diagnosed before you could buy the CPAP?
I slept 7 hours the the machine last night! And no naps needed today
@@Upper_left_bred Hi, my friend. Could you kindly let me know how long have you been using the CPAP machine for and how long did it take you to notice some effects?
No one in my fam has it snd i sleep and feel like i havent gotten sleep at all and i have been diagnosed with it snd im exhausted all the time and i hope i get a cpap how good does it work for you
@@shahabsaif01 first night 🌙 I noticed amazing difference. Even my sister said I looked so rested.
Sleep apnea is also a cause of childhood and adult bed wetting. It stresses the heart and can greatly contribute to early heart attacks. I learned this from a lung specialist many years ago when I was first diagnosed.
How are you now
A scary thought…
It’s weird I only struggle with this when I stay up all night
I go to sleeep easily, wake up 2-3 times a night and despite getting 7-8 hours of sleep. I’m tired af during the daytime and not even coffee helps?!!! Could this be sleep apnea?
Yes go to the doctor
Same thing happens to me. I think I'll lose my sleep apnea once I lose my weight.
Absolutely! Get tested. I felt like total shit before I was diagnosed. I was so tired & so sick of being tired, I really didn't wanna live like that anymore. I've had cpap over a year, has completely changed my life. You'll start to feel better pretty much right away.
Could the product possibly help someone that massive scarring on their lungs and subsequent asthma/breathing issues during hot and frigid temperatures?
Thanks
I’ve just recently noticed that even though I use c-pap machine, It helps with breathing in but not breathing out. I stop breathing when trying to exhale. Anyone else have this problem ?
Under My Options, there's a setting called Pressure Relief. Make sure it is ON.
it happens to me when I overeat at night and the feeling is horrible I dont sleep the whole night and then around 6 to 6.30 in the morning I go to sleep but it only happens to me when I overeat
fast from 5 pm until bed.. it helps. no big meals at night.. light salad at 5 530 pm
Interesting. I’ve woken up gasping for air on numerous occasions but always put it down to anxiety. Occasionally I get these nights where I begin to drift off and then I wake suddenly feeling anxious. Goes on all night. Eventually I manage to fall asleep. Usually in the early hours. 🤔
There’s minimal electronic equipment like special watches to record persons noices like snoring.
Can you guys do a video on how to regain/retrain control of hips abs and glutes (8 years removed from a pretty severe brain injury and still going at it)
Hey man! How are you doing now? I hope you're doing a lot better for yourself!

How do I get the device for sleep apnea you demonstrated in your video
Also how much does it cost.
Think I'm going to try this I could use some better breathing and sleep
thank you Bob Brad great information ..i suffering from back pain for a while..after wake up sever pain i have in my buttocks and my back .if you give me some opining it will be very helpful for me..
Taking Beet Root powder in water before bed cured my roommate's apnea. I aldo added 1/2 teaspoon whey powder.
Please tell me this is true. I am having chills about apnea
Can sleep apnea cause swollen tonsils when you first wake up ? The past year I've been extremely tired when I first wake up and have to lay there and breathe for around 30 minutes before I wake up . I've noticed a lump in the front of my throat the past month and my tonsils are so big when I wake up then go down through the day
I’m not a doctor or anything but that sounds like tonsillitis. Maybe talk to your doctor about that.
there is a video where a guy talks about doing a sleep study to determine apnea. Apnea was causing acid reflux and his throat to swell from irritation. He has to use a cpap machine now and all other symptoms went away. I have all of this also and am trying very hard Not to use cpap.
I feel I might have that too
@@wendy-uc9rj wait I had those issues too
@@wendy-uc9rj try getting a BIPAP If you can
what if you hold your breath all the time when awake or asleep due to stress. is that also sleep apnea?
I wake up with a bone dry throat and feeling like I can’t breathe. It prevents me from falling asleep and is really horrible
I’ve had that feeling where you can’t breath a couple time before but tonight it happened continuously every time I tried to sleep. I even felt that crazy chest pressure when I was asleep. I know
I was semi asleep when that happen. Now I’m scared to go back to sleep oh and my mouth is really dry
How are you now I’m having same problems bro
@@juanio7036 me rn I’m scared to go to sleep , i feel a pressure in my throat like my air way is being blocked by my tongue because I woke up gasping for air this morning
I don’t know if I have sleep apnea because the only symptom I have is dry mouth upon wakening.
Get a cpap machine
Wow the production quality 👌🏼 get on the phone to Spielberg I’m sure he has a spot for these guys 😂
Yes Bob, spit it out already I don't have all month!
Ha ha
Hello I have been watching your channel since I have had a particle lamendectomy 1 1/2. Have since relocated from the state I had my surgery in and I think I have reinjured myself. The only difference is I have extreme sriffness and aching, and cramps on a regular basis. Whatare sifns that I could have reinjured myself
I actually have it and I thought it was normal that everyone has it from time to time just recently I realized that there was a term for it
Where is the link to this product?
If Bob and Doug Mackenzie were Physical Therapists, lol.
In my test I didn’t breathe for 1 hour 75 minutes,my breathing level was 13% I was told,I concentrate more on dreaming than breathing.
I CANT FIND THE INSTRUMENT, you didnt link it!
Hey. Your video must have been so funny to do. Don't forget to use your lavalier microphone to reduce background noise.
Just a narrow strip of micropore diagonally is very effective and cheap.
Where do we get that device and how much?? Couldnt find it ..so many links. Where is it..ok found it. Thx.
Taking Beet Root powder in water before bed resolved my roommate's apnea. I also added 1/2 teaspoon whey powder.
Thank you. Will try this
@@princessmari5063 have u tried?
Did anyone try this ?
Who tried it
I was diagnosed with OSA because of my hypothroidism.
I have hypothyroidism. I've suffered from chronic depression for years, and an anxiety disorder that began just under four months ago. I've always suspected I might have sleep apnea. I never knew that sleep apnea and hypothyroidism sometimes go hand in hand. I have a sleep study scheduled in about a month.
Swallowing makes me breathing difficult at sleep and wake up suddenly........I don't know why....
Advertisement video great
How do I order this breathing device?
I had a sleep study test about 4 month ago and my doctor said I have sleep apnea my doctor said I stop breathing but I having been giving no treatment I change doctors .
Cant hear you guys well. Sound quality poor. I know its interesting tho.
In my test ididnt breathe for 1 hour and 75 minutes my breathing was 13%.
My uvula gets inflammation sometimes so bad. My throat closes u think it’s possibly sleep apnea? And this is after I wake up
Well, unfortunately, I sleep alone every night; I’m single. The only symptom I have is dry mouth when I wake up in the morning. I’m physically fit and eat healthily. Should I be concerned?
Do you feel exhausted and sleepy all day?
@@leviathan2000 Yes!!
Try recording audio all night while you sleep
@@leviathan2000 geez....of course you will be tired if you are not sleeping...it doesnt mean you have it...you fools must stop commenting and scaring people
@@jadezee6316 He said he exhausted all day, even if he sleep at night, that’s the problem…fool
My problem is I breathe in but don’t breathe out. Figure that one out. I use a c-pap machine -- DREAMSTATION - which has just had an URGENT RECALL IF PURCHASED BEFORE APRIL 2021. There is foam in the machine to make it quieter but the foam is breaking off in particles that you breathe in that can cause respiratory illness, cancer and death. Isn’t that nice ?!
Damn. I was issued a CPAP and the end of December. 😥 Breathing stopped 143 times the 1st night and 151 times the next night. Average length was 56 seconds😵. Would this device be helpful for folks with COPD?
Anything that strengthens the diaphragm will benefit people with COPD. Breathing exercises, strength training, steady state cardio, circuit training, HIIT - these are all good options for people with COPD. The caveat, however, is that you have to take time when you have COPD to build up strength in your diaphragm. You cannot clear liquid out of your lungs (to begin with) as readily as you should, so you have to start off slow - like 5 minutes or less of exercise. And then you gradually increase the length of your workouts until you can sustain 30 minutes of continued exertion. Most doctors recommend breathing exercises + posture exercises + daily walking for people with COPD. As always, it's best to ask a real life physician before starting a training program.
So, short answer yes lol.
@@allyourpcarebelongtous8744 Thank you! Mom's on the verge of being diagnosed with that, she (never smoked) has always had horrible asthma. So I was thinking this would be good for her as well.
@@mickyunit just make sure she works closely with her actual doctor as I'm just some random person on the Internet. I drive trucks for a living so I only know about this from the perspective of having to treat my own sleep apnea and the research I did in doing so. If she has other conditions it may complicate her ability to exercise. But in my case I did exercises like these + started walking every day then worked my way up to doing HIIT training. I do that a few times a week just using a TRX and bodyweight and a jump rope. It's drastically improved my breathing and has basically stopped my sleep apnea, apart from when I have a cold or something that obstructs breathing. But it took me around 6 months to build up to that point, so she has to have that long haul mentality.
@@allyourpcarebelongtous8744 yes, I'll definitely make sure sure consults with her Dr. I'm glad you found improvement with your health issues. Thank you for sharing 😊
Sometimes I get tingly like I'm about to pass out and itll wake me up. I keep thinking that's happening because I'm not breathing
Omg this is me. It happens whenever I'm super tired when try to go to sleep and I can't breathe and start twitching to wake myself up. I'm scared that one day I wont wake up.

You are wearing mics but there not switched on! Good start.
Is it true that if you start using a CPAP machine and then you stop using it you'll die? That's what I was told and I'm scared to use it now.

@@Seekingtruth-mx3ur i found a solution to this, this happened to me a lot during summer and it was when my sleep schedule was really bad. now that i’ve started school and i’m back on going to bed around 10-11 and waking up at 7 it’s completely gone away. i’m also on anxiety medication and i was hesitant to take it at first but it was one of the best decisions i’ve made in a long time. so try getting on a good sleep schedule and if you have bad anxiety like me look into anxiety medication. hope you figure out it!🤟🏻

Sleep on my sides. I don't think I have sleep apnea but I had a bad concussion a year and a half ago and I still can't fall asleep. Any suggestions?
CPAP doesn't work for me. I gargle with salt water at night and it seems to shrink my airway and I don't mouth breath.
I feel a weird, tugging feeling, and I could actually hear my throat, relaxing, and I also felt something like neuropathy in my left leg. Mind you I do not have heart disease, or any other problems. Just this is kind of like something that’s been developing overtime because I was snoring a lot prior to all of this. I also lost about 35 pounds so I am continuing to do so to lose another 10 pounds so that I can be healthier. I used to weigh about 235 pounds almost 237 pounds for 6 foot man is not good. So now I’m down to 200 pounds. I wanna get down to 190 but I was told that I should go down a little further between 175 pounds and 193 pounds. I used to be very skinny when I was younger and then I started to gain weight when I was living more sedentary life. I don’t watch TV anymore and I try to keep as healthy as possible. No sugar! I stay the hell away from sugar. My favorite drink is water, coffee, without sugar, and tea at times. I try to keep you healthy and walk a lot.
Good for you. Keep up your actions and progress.
