    Day 27 - I have learnt that
    - rest- ask questions
    - you see world as you are
    - let free your negative experiences
    - just be aware of negative thoughts, don' try to control them
    - meditate, exercise, listen to your favorite music, go for a trip
    - write it down
    - don't think of past
    - don't try to change your emotions , just observe
    - negative emotions will fade away and positive emotions will flourish
    - you are not your feeling or the story you tell yourself
    - just be aware of coming and going thoughts
    - self reflect and observe
    - nothing is permanent
    - its not important to be right , it is important to be happy
    - don't take your ego too seriously
    - make a balance
    - don't let arrogance overpower your kindness
    - arrogance destroys character
    - your difficulties teach you to become a better version of yourself
    - love unconditionally
    - love makes the world a better place to live
    - accept that you don't matter for other as much you matter for yourself
    - you can't be liked by everyone
    - do what you like rather than what others think of you
    - think big but start small
    - think and speak positive
    - have belief

    Day 27 :- Iss summary me do points mujhe bahut acche Lage.
    First , Humesha khudko sahi sabit karne ke liye try nahi karna chahiye. And samne wale ki baat bhi sunana chahiye.
    Second , and agar mental state happy ho to sab kuch accha lagta hai , lekin agar kuch baate hurt karti hai to phir use baar baar sochne se jaldi dukh hota hai

    1) Slow down state of mind is the real source of happiness. Calm down yourself from inside, outer world will also calm down ❤
    2) Start looking at positive things, your heart will follow positivity. Write your problems on paper because paper has more patience then people ❤
    3) To get rid of sorrow, face your fear. See you state of mind, check your mindset. Don't try to eliminate negative thoughts, just replace them with positive one ❤
    4) Being happy is more important than being right. Accept opposite thoughts to save the relationship. 🎉
    5) Problems can be avoided by a humble behaviour. Slow down yourself. Don't expect people to follow your path.

    Day 27 - Thank you Sir for explaining The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down book. My takeaway from this book are by calming your mind, everything outside will automatically become calm. Being perfect is not as important as being happy together. To make your relationships strong and happy, behave politely and respectfully with people. We should love another human being as the sun loves the earth. It gives energy to the earth's trees and flowers to flourish without expecting anything in return. To be happy in life, do these three things: 1) accept that people are not as interested in you as you always think. 2) It is not necessary that everyone likes you. 3) Stop worrying about what others think and do what your heart desires. Encourage yourself and others to move forward as much as possible because your one good word can change someone's life.

    - Rest is the solution when life seems destitute. Do exercises, meditate, be relaxed, spend sometime alone.
    - Mindfulness: you can't control feelings. Do Meditations. Thing positive.
    - Build good relationships with everyone.
    - Don't expect people to follow your path.

    Thankyou Sir for sharing such life changing which teaches how we can experience life by slow down and taking pause.here are some of the lessons I learnt:-
    No.1:-I learnt rest is important to restart and observe where we are going and why.You can take rest and do meditation, excercise,listen songs,sir in quiet place and write down your thoughts.
    No.2:-I learnt that when we keep looking at our thoughts for 3 minutes.Then if it's negative it vanishes and if it's positive it excels.
    No.3:-I learnt being perfect is not as important as being happy together.You should not prove yourself right everytime.
    No.4:-I knew what true love is.Its loving someone just as they are.We should love as sun loves the earth.
    No.5:-I learnt how words of encouragement can change someone 's life.
    No.6:-I learnt the secrets to be happy.

    By slowing down in our lives and taking a pause to see the moment, we realize what we are missing in our lives. We regret our past and continously think about our future, both of which are not in our hands. We can focus on our present to make it better. By focussing on our present challenges, we can find our way through them instead of worrying about our future consequences. Develop positive thoughts to make life beautiful. By following the book, one can achieve mindfulness and balance in our lives.
