I seriously could use a video on the hex rod for the V2 version of tnis desk. Mine isn't extending and I'm really scared I'm going to break it. I wish mine had the screws in it like shown here, but instead, I'm supposed to somehow pull it out by twisting a plastic piece on the end. Fezibo has videos on the build, but they're so quick and don't show everything.

Thank you for explaining the cylinder 5:40 part because I would have put that in wrong if I hadn't come here to make sure I had it right. It took me almost 4 hours to do it, but it's put together, YAY!

The hex rod is not lined up so I can only set one side at a time, then the other side won't line up.. how do I fix this
Okay I fixed it. I plugged in the motor part while it was all half assembled. But this let me run the motor and set it to the fully down position (I just pressed down arrow). It moved slightly and the two aligned after. Hope this helps

Anybody get a desk without the pre-drilled holes, if so how did you go about constructing the desk or did you return it?

Thanks so much! The reset did not work for me. Desk is not going up or down. Any idea of why that could be?
There aren't any K bolts...K is Alan wrench. Q is the bolts you're describing. My packet must be mislabeled.

Mine only moves up one side - next to the controls. Why is the other side not moving please!!!
That either means the hex rod isn't inserted properly or the gear is broken -Greg

does it wobble when you write on paper on the desk? Can it support a monitor boom arm holding up the monitor? Can you fit a cable management tray at the bottom?

I plugged in the adapter and power before assemble just to find out the electrical components are not working. Even put the axle rod in, thinking there might be a sensor.
Unless someone can tell it has to be fully assembled for the electricity will work?!
Have calls and emails into Fezibo . Cant imaging putting this whole thing together just to find out the electronics are faulty.
I'm in the same situation... the display is showing 'F03'.
I wish these reviewers would do stability test, like leaning on it when theres 2-3 monitors on it as well something you'd do in daily use.
Can anyone identify the "J screws" 9:55 on video, he is using to connect the desk to the legs please? What screws is he exactly using?

@@jandoll123 yes, I was just not inserting the metal stick correctly in all the way. So it was not reaching the hole to make it move from both.
