That’s a trophy of a lifetime, of the hundreds I’ve killed there was only one that came close to your bird’s spur length. Even on film I can tell yours is bigger than mine!

Had a 1187 12g upland special as a youngern/teen, just ever get it to be really what I considered reliable, issues with the bolt release linkages would malfunction and have to holder open reach in the port with ur finger and flip th at little lever on the inside of the elevator , she was a single shot. Now I've always loved Remington, well the real Remington back when, got a ol inertia 1148, runs like a champ..1948 year? Grandpappys who was in ww2, kicks like a mule but great gun fixed full choke barrel 28", 870 if I could only have one shotgun

Largest I've ever seen were on a wall mount of a bird up in Prairie DU Chein Wisconsin. They were 2.25". Absolute freak. Some massive birds there. The local store had a gobbler contest and the top 8 birds were 30+ lbs on the board. Very fertile ground every other house had leased corn fields.

There was absolutely no reason to kill that snake. I don't know what the laws are there but they are a protected species in my state. Great job teaching future hunters about respect for the environment and conservation.

I have really enjoyed watching your videos in the past but I won't watch another video from you!!! Theres absolutely no reason to kill that snake! Thats a cowards move to just kill the animal for no reason other then your fear and then to throw Steve Irwins name in there with that disgusting act and put it on the video! Lots of kids watch your videos and that's not what we should be teaching the next generation of hunters!!
Glad to see you killed that snake, they can put a hurt on you really fast. That's why I wear snake boots when I hunt. Protection from the copperheads and rattlers.
