BANANA FRITTERS RECIPE|JAMAICAN STYLE

Ingredients
4 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Mixed Spice Essence (or Rose & Almond essence)
Cooking Oil ( I’m using coconut oil)
You will need a thick mixture! If batch is too thick, add a little milk or water.

Question! I want these made for a reception as a dessert...do they have to be served hot?

If as a dessert they may be better served hot but as a snack/breakfast food I enjoy them hot or room temp. You’ll find yourself going back in the kitchen for more long after they have cooled. I love them room temp as well. 😊
