You did a nice job on this video - well done! I have also just ordered this rangefinder after doing a fair bit of scouting around. This vid is 2 yrs old now, so I'm hoping I get as much enjoyment from this tech as so many of the reviews have paraded. I've been playing golf for decades (with regrettably large gaps here and there) and never had a rangefinder. Let's see if the old man can learn any new tricks. Cheers😊

Ordered this unit from Amazon Friday, the 23rd, received it Saturday, the 26th. It was defective, no icons in the viewfinder. Based on your STELLAR review, I returned it for a replacement on Sunday, the 27. The FEDEX truck just drove up today, the 29th (Amazon PRIME is excellent). Hoping it works as well for.for me. Thank you and a great job on your first unboxing.

Great review, but how did the battery fair, some reviews state that it didn't even last one round?
Just bought it after this review. I purchased the Nikon coolshot 40i 3 days ago and relised its not tournament legal, I was gutted, but luckily they had no stock and refunded me. So I purchased this rangefinder and have $270 spare

Nice straightforward review from someone with no outside allegiance.
What your review DID include which others haven't was not just pin distance but also OBJECT distance. There are hazards which I want to know "should I go for it or lay up ?".
You answered that for Me.
What would be REALLY interesting would be to test the Mileseey PF210 measure distances which are verified by some technical apparatus, that way you could demonstrate it's level of accuracy & consistency. But having said that no-one else has actually done this either, and it's still a really informative review.
I've Liked & Subscribed, hope that loads more viewers do too.

Hi Mitchell, Thank you for the fantastic review. With yours and a couple of other reviews on the same range finder. I pulled the trigger and bought this a few weeks ago. Its a terrific piece of tech and couldn't be happier. Not used it yet due to the lockdown and bad UK weather >.< Will give a test on the Range since its on a hill and on the course when the weather improves. great video . thank you for posting ^_^

I bought one about 4 months ago, mine seems to be 10 yards out compared to my mates bushnell now. Only recently noticed it being out by that much! Will see if they can do anything about it but have a feeling they will be hard to contact

Do a comparison on your app vs the new rangefinder over 3 holes
great review in my opinion. Looking at range finders in order to be able to commit to shots into the green. Are you still satisfied after 10 months of using it?

@@BBQMyWayThere's a switch by the battery on the white one. The slightly cheaper blue one hasn't got the switch though.

I purchased a Mileseey partly on the strength of the reviews online. Great bit of kit for the price, however the battery lasts no time at all. Indeed, lucky if I get half a dozen rounds out of the battery. I was concerned about battery life being as there is no USB charging point as per my comment below. Any comment Mitchell?

@@mitchellblades Mine is sometimes 30 yards off compared to my playing partners Bushnell and Callaway rangefinders and there is no discernable way to recalibrate the unit

@@mitchellblades regarding distance , you need a "control" environment , ie , what are you comparing against ? perhaps next time take a true measurement , then put it up against the Bushnell and other leading brands for comparison
I bought it and it worked for only 3 rounds before the eyepiece viewfinder filled up with condensation and I couldn't see through it at all. I live in the desert where humidity is only 25% and still this item is so poorly made that water filled up the viewfinder. I had to return if for a refund. While it worked (not long), 5 repeated readings from the same spot varied by 3 to 10 yards. It also locked onto the trees or buildings behind the flag 60% of the time so I had to take 4 or 5 readings before I could actually get the distance to the flag. My more expensive rangefinder varies by only 1/10th of a yard after 5 readings and locks every time on the first try. Bottom line, it's not that good. Save your money and buy a better quality one.

How does it hold up in rain? Is the device and cover waterproof.
It’s shower proof, can’t be submerged so not waterproof, but I used it in rain yesterday, works fine
