I was born with heart disease I have had three open heart surgeries I thought the dizziness was because of my heart disease. I had heart surgery again 8 months ago and I now have blood flow from my heart. I saw a neurologist and after a few tests and questions it said highly likely to have vestibular migraines. I always feel off balance like I don't know depth perception and I kind of walk on my tippy toes and lose balance. And today when I was washing dishes I suddenly got dizzy just standing there and I can't stand I can't sit everything just gets dizzy and I can't grasp reality . Hard to describe.

Is it possible to have both ? Basically I have that dizziness in the background 24/7 but some days and especially night time ( or in dark areas) the dizziness intensifies to a point where it’s really uncomfortable. And I notice a sort of head pressure/ eye pressure on those days where it really acts up.
    50/50 better days and worse

I have the exact same symptoms. This 24/7 background dizziness. I realize that it flairs up even worse some times when I'm doing something strenuous whether its raising my voice or exercising. But, yes the eye pain! brain fog & (background headache)

Wait, if VM is a disease, why is it a symptom based diagnosis? I have the diagnosis yet my symptoms barely over lap with typical symptoms. PPPD is neural circuit dizziness and you can get rid of it. See The Steady Coach for great info on this.

She cannot do an MRI because she can't lay her head down all
She will have a sever vertigo she will feel like she is the one spining and everything else also spinning so she start screaming and she cant move for almost 10 days and after that she needs a month to get back to normal state but always and forever this aftersympotms that she cant even ride a plan or anything that without balance because that will trigger her seizure
