    We always stagger our first and second layer up and down and staggered side to side.

      Yes we do too almost always. It's the best way. This one we only staggered the side to side because of the height and concrete grade beam at the bottom this was all 12' standups and 12' split to 6' tops. We had literally no waste. Cheers!

    so weird air hoses done with pex it will be leaking if you put too much pressure

      Yeah I don't think that is normal pex actually, its a heavier product for sure with these crazy metal crimps. If it is though your right, I will enquire!
