Today's game is all socially distanced and looks like a high-speed game of catch.
I can barely watch the NBA...the last thing I want to do is listen to a bunch of women grunt and moan as the ball sails past the hoop, under the hoop, gets stuck behind the hoop.. it's more fun watching paint dry.

I live 100 miles from Jacksonville and I have never been to a Jacksonville jaguars game although I have been a football fan since the USFL.
I don't believe in expansion teams. You draft your players and make a team, not buy your players and have superstars... That's cheating to me.
I will never spend another penny on the NFL, the NBA nor NASCAR.
The only sports I still watch are Pop Warner,,college and high school football, rodeo and NHRA.

I don't know why the WNBA is so against lowering the rims they play with a smaller ball already. Lower rims, closer 3 point line, feminized the uniforms (not booty shorts or overly sexualize design) to differentiate from men's uniforms
People watch the WNBA once...and get bored to tears because it's like watching a bunch of toddlers wandering around the basketball court.
I said it last year that the WNBA wasn't selling tickets. Bill Burr just put it in perfect perspective. WNBA games before the NBA games? 🤔🤔🤔 On the weekends, that might sell. However, they might not show up for the WNBA game but the arena be packed about the time the NBA game tip off.

In regards to playing the games before each other. We do that with Australian rules football and cricket here a lot. They will play a local/state mens/womens game before the 'national main event game'.

I'm a big sports fan from Minnesota and we have a team called the Lynx. The ONLY reason I know that is because apparently they won a few championships a few years back. Still have never watched one of their games and don't care too.
The salaries of players is based solely on how much money your league generates. This is not rocket science. An average baseball player in the MLB is making more money than the best hockey player in the NHL. Why? Because MLB generates a shit load more money than the NHL.
Totally wrong. The NHL has a cap which baseball can literally ignore. There are really only 4 to 5 teams that overpay average players.
You also forgot to mention that for the first 6-7 years they are minimum level contracts until they hit arbitration.

I like the women in the Ufc but If you separate men and women and do separate shows there would only b maybe 1 or 2 women fights a year I would want to watch live

Tbh, me being from Europe, it is only fair imo that the female Football (Soccer) National Team should be paid more/at the very least the same as the male National Football (Soccer) Team. The US has been way ahead of any other female National Soccer Team for years and years! And when compared to the male team, these are the tittles:
- World Cup's - 4
- Continental Titles (CONCAF) - 14
- Olympic's- 4 Gold/1 Silver/1 Bronze
Male Soccer Team:
- Let's just say that, outside of 8 Continental Titles (CONCAF), there is nothing more to present except a 3rd place in a World Cup... BACK IN 1930!
It's never been about achievement. It's all about marketing, build attachment between the competition and the fans. Either football, wnba, any sport.
Men's fooball / NBA are just way way ahead about the points I mentioned above, men's already got pretty much a century of attachment to the people, media, brand since those sports were founded. Women football not even have half of men's football experiences. Now they expect to get shortcut all of that to get what men's get?
Men has been working their asses off of trials and errors for decades to make football/NBA as it is now. Either the players or the management to attract money (people, fans, media, brand) to their sports.
And now women want the same money without the hustle?
Asking men to subsidized their league?
Asking men to fill their seat in their games?
Why dont they MAKE themself watchable instead of asking. Even women are not interested to their games.

(It doesn't even needed to bring-out how bad men are compared to women in that same sport!) If the US was really smart about business and marketing all they needed to do was to show a woman scoring a great goal (as it often happens when it comes to Soccer in the US) and then cut it to a Soccer ball go flat when a man kicked it! - transition slogan to appeal to the US:
- Some people like it rough, others are playing it as if they're girls!
And you finish that clip with a man and a woman just doing tricks with the ball and passing it into each other!
