    My buddy gave me a electric smoker like this and I done got the rib just wasn’t sure on how it worked but your video showed me what I needed to do thank you and it looks great

      Electric smoker = oven. Smoking is an art and technique that starts at the source of heat. I agree with comment above, these looks like they came out of an oven.

    Listen, I have an offset, and a drum. But my electric definitely sees the most use. Just too broke for a pellet 😂 love my offset still though. Probably use the electric once a week offset maybe every other week or so.

    Bull crap my control panel melted on the second use. Tried to contact Masterbuilt about it, but nothing. Don't buy them for that melting reason. Major safety hazard.

    275 will give you better color and let it go to 190 and only wrap for 30 mins then finish unwrapped for another 30 mins

      To prevent drying the meat out, speed up cooking by breaking through the stall, and add flavor as he did here with a combination of butter and either honey or brown sugar (I also add a little more of the rub to that mix).
      It’s a well known method used by many competition champion bbq cooks.
