- In this video I will backtest the most accurate EMA trading strategy by Trader DNA to find out it's real win rate. The strategy is based on 3 different length EMA's and a Parabolic SAR indicator.

@@Christina-Gisela The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

Can I use this strategy to gold five minutes chart? Second method
5, 8, 13 works better with VMA (variable moving average) imo. I'm doing 1:1 on *pullbacks only*, not initial crossovers. also with P. SAR and Heikin-Ashi on range charts. P. SAR is much cleaner on range charts. You wouldn't take the trade when the lines are close together, especially with price zig zagging above and below.

Can you set an alert in Trading View that combines the MA and the Stochastic? I would love to set this strategy as an alert so that I can auto-trade it with alerts.

Yes, I was able to put the alert in place. Currently, backtesting is in progress.
hey mate you can create the alert by asking chatdgpt to comine all indicators and setting them as a strategy to enter and exit a trade

it looks like he started feb 2020 for those 100 trades so about 2,5 years

I checked some forex one-hour charts, and it looks like 5 and 8 crossover give very accurate entry signals if you go in after confirming the next candle after crossover and if you get out when Heikin Ashi gives the first opposite color bar.
What is profit recognition software?
It's on the one hour time frame. Not sure if you could call it a scalping strategy..
Does it work in M5?

People, please test any strategy before you use real money. Some trading channels care more above clicks than really helping new traders. They will cherry-pick test trades and use very low test data. You need to have at least 100 test trades before you can claim any kind of win rate. Anything lower is just BS click bate. As long as they’re testing 100 or more you know they’re out to be honest and trying to really give you legit info

How is it that you are scalping on a 1-hour chart? I thought scalping is performed on a lower time frame such as 1-5 minute charts?

I use this strategy too. I found a better conformation where i use the trend meter (all bars must be green when the the stochastic cross happens). Let me know what you think. Edit--> I use the trend meter to eliminate false signals

1h timeframe isn't scalping.. thats intraday.
Been forward and backtesting almost all of the famous strategies on your channel and I must say none of them even exceeds the 50% winrate and in live market, the results are even worse. Been using the same TraderEdge software that you are using to record all the trades, if you want I can share the testing scores of each strategy. For the ones watching these strategies and thinking they could pull them off in real market conditions, please DON'T. I mean just look at the profit factor, 4.24? Are you kidding me? A good realistic profit factor is only between 2 and 3 while backtesting which reduces to around 1.7 - 1.8 in real market which isn't bad though. So, it's just making fool out of yourself which I pathetically did.
I thought I was the only one. None of the strategies backtested exceeds 50%. Sometimes I wonder how he got the results.
Same here - I backtested 90% of his strategies and none of them are near to his results on live markets.
@@youngolutosin1658 The worst case scenario is him just faking out these backtest results because let's be honest, if you have got so many good strategies up your sleeves with almost 75% plus winrate, why would you be wasting hours to backtest all of them just to make a youtube video? I've been backtesting most of the strategies myself and trust me, it takes days to find all the trade entries and sometimes weeks too.
@@faresr the guy has got a good source of passive income by making fool of us, I've reas the comments, 90% of them are bots and other 9% don't even care to backtest or anything, 1% will backtest or maybe take a trade fr and blow their account real soon, that's the whole thing.

Looks biased to me. When risk to reward ratio is changed drastically, it's unfair. We can't change every basic premise and call it a comparison.

Please try the same 1 minute strategy but using UT Bot by Yo_Addrriiann, Adx, and Detrended Price Oscillator. Its working for me.
