You are using the order blocks for the SL not the FVG's just so you know.

My Backtesting shows, that the Winrate drops heavily when using yellow and red volume triggers. If i only use the red volume trigger combined with EMA and BOS, i have a winrate on ETH/USD Pair of 56%, based on 16 Trades

easy, just use the playback speed to slow the video, Aug 22 to Aug 29 2022 (so around 7 days) to reach 100 trades. Hope this helps.

Can you use this with Heikin Ashi candles ? I notice you don't use them
Hikein ashi candle is the average of open and close so it's not accurate and it's not what is looks like

Are you looking at FVG or OB's? You should show your settings for the Smart Money Concepts indicator as by default, FVG is not selected and thus doesn't make sense what you are saying and doing.

I would use only one indicator ( first one) the rest filters too much of good entries

I think you should redo the video. What you called "Fair Value Gap" is actually an "Orderblock". With respect to the indicator itself these orderblocks are internal orderblocks compared to the swing orderblocks.

How was the winrate
i think it took him around 1 week for the 100 trades cause he start on 8/22 and ended on 8/29 and the vid cut to his results
So remember that means we would all need to test much further over different time periods, otherwise it really mostly shows what the price action was like at that time, rather than if the strategy works.

You set 2% loss or 3% loss every time? It looks like in your back test calculator you did set this, but not in your actual test in chart, it's different, not exactly 2% or 3%, only ratio is same 1.5. You should fill in the exact percentage number for loss or profit. Or, your calculation is not real.
nope, 2% is the percentage of your equity you assign to your stop loss. He’s doing it right.

@@cozynature5683 He doesn’t have to set 2% on the chart. He can assign 2% of his equity to his stop loss however little his stop loss is. You should learn about position sizing.

I don't wanna poop on your video but you're misleading people and you didn't do your research.
First of all, there's no 95% win rate strategy. If there was, anybody with eyes would be rich.
You said Equal Highs and Lows gives you the range.. it indicates areas of liquidity pools. You want to have liquidity near your order blocks to add confluence to your trade.
What you're calling Fair Value Gaps are the Order Blocks .. zones of support and resistance. This is where big money enters and exits. Where they have open orders yet to be filled.
How can you make a video on an indicator and not even know what one of the MAIN parts of it is ??
The Order Blocks (what you call incorrectly fair value gaps) are created when price either makes Change of Character (ChoCh) or a Break of Structure (BOS). Notice that all the Order Blocks are printed at the base of the impulse move that breaks previous lows or highs..
Stop misleading people. It's just wrong. A lot of people don't know better. And if you're going to make videos and pretend to be an expert the least you can do is read and understand what you're talking about.
Those are not fair value gaps lol, they are supply and demand zones, fvg are imbalances

@@markpickering7993 if you search 'Smart Money Concepts' in Trading View, check out the one developed by 'Zeiirman'... It is a lot cleaner... Lux Algo is great, but I think they over engineer it and makes the code crash often...
