@@Gregfolinks Thank you so much for replying,, one of the comments you made is my fear exactly, no doubt you`ve seen as I have many saying "Hey look guys, look what profits I made overnight", I`ve been on the simulator many years now and flatly refusing to go live until I see any of these strategies work,, I`m aware that no system is 100%, in every sunshine there's got to be a little rain, I don't mind, can handle that, but my concern is why they took that trade in the first place, all adds up to being ripped off, thankfully I'm now out of that phase, wanting to gain high profits as all beginners seem to do. @datatrader What time frame did you use on the Ema lines? 25/50/100 days, hours minutes? You mentioned that the candles are 5 minutes. Thanks for clarification!
When you select 25 as the period of the 25 EMA then it follows whichever timeframe you are on. So if you are looking at the 5 minute timeframe it will use the average of the last 25 5 minute candles to plot the point of the line. If you then switch to the 30 minute it will use the last 25 30 minute candles to plot the next point of the line

Hello and thank you so very much for the great tutorial. When you say five minutes timeframe though, do you mean the chart's time frame or the EMA setup's timeframe? I'm sorry if this question might sound stupid. But I'm new to this and would like to understand it completely before I can apply it. Cheers and thank you again.
Generally, the period of the EMA is always the same as the chart timeframe (i.e. if your chart is 5min, your EMA is 5min also). Idk of platforms that allow you to use indicators from different timeframes, or where this would be useful to do so
