Because they’re dirty, expensive, not nearly as versatile and require storage, fossil fuels have inherent energy which is tapped at the moment of need. Bio fuels are slow, weak and inefficient. Full stop drill baby drill
Different storage than bio that is, a physical container is all that’s needed for petrol, bio requires a transitional process of sorts depending on the method I o refer to store it. Generally speaking tho it boils down to batteries and rare earth metals which we don’t have enough of, it’s why they’re rare
