Zenjubo went into hiding in the Amida-ji Temple, in the Omi province, but was eventually captured and brought to Oda by the Omi province's daimyo, Isono Kazumasa, in an attempt to curry favour with Nobunaga. Zenjoubo was summarily executed by being buried alive up to his neck in sand and having his neck impaled by blunt bamboo stakes enough times to uncleanly behead him. Rule of thumb, if a ninja's name is known to history, that means that at some point they were caught. The ninja of the feudal age would've killed to have automatic firearms in their arsenal.
I know I’m not alone in saying this. But Snake Eyes is the coolest character in the entire GI Joe franchise. Even when I used to watch GI Joe shows late at night, I LOVED Snake Eyes in action.
It couldn't have been easy running in that costume plus carrying all that gear ( costume props and or real stuff ) and trying to run at full speed loaded down with all that crap.
Maybe Snake doesnt want to hurt Storm Shadow, but just because Storm wont let it go and Snake understands but he is not gonna just let him win. Endless cycle

My roommate’s face lit up when Snake Eyes first appeared onscreen, and it didn’t take me long to figure out why. He’s a beast, and that’s putting it mildly

If there's a character who doesn't talk and also hide his face, fuck it, they are going to put the most handsome guy they encounter to play the character, and had him talk in every fucking second. The Boys and the first two G.I. Joe movies are the only two adaptations that respect that.

And I was excited when he got the Shinobi Armor, but also disappointed. . . . . . because in the first movie Storm Shadow says that "When our master died, you took a vow of silence.", yet in the Snake Eyes origin movie we see him ACTUALLY TALKING . . . as if the whole "vow of silence" didn't matter anymore.
You can't have an entire movie centered around Snake Eyes and not have him talk. It's easier in the Joe movies bc he's not the central character. That Snake Eyes movie is an alternate continuity, it's not from the same timeline as the other Joe movies.
Watching Snake Eyes in live action was the best, to anyone who was a kid during the 80's and the 90's who had the comics, watched the shows and bought the toys, the suit in Rise.....i get it, trying to emulate the suit in the comics, not working, especially the mouth, but the second suit in Retaliation......man, talk about an upgrade, the Silent Master of the Arashikage clan.
